Thanks to people like Mrs. Andrei and her team, who were able to make it here this afternoon, we will be able to deliver these funds to the people who need them. People who have been forgotten or neglected by the system. We can provide different extracurricular activities to keep children positively active in their communities or ensure that they will have a meal for the evening. Together we can make this a better city for all to live in. Thank you.

EXT. JEWELRY STORE - AFTERNOON
A CAR PULLS UP TO THE FRONT OF A JEWELRY STORE AND PARKS. THE DRIVER LOOKS AT THE GROUP OF PASSENGERS WITH A SERIOUS EXPRESSION.

Remember, you've got three minutes. Grab anything not nailed to the floor and get the hell outta there. I'm not getting nabbed by the cops for any of you.
THE PASSENGERS NOD, GET OUT OF THE CAR WITH SKI MASKS ON, AND DART INTO THE JEWELRY STORE. THE DRIVER KEEPS AN EYE OUT AND TAPS HIS INDEX FINGER ON THE STEERING WHEEL AS HE WAITS FOR THE PASSENGERS TO RETURN WITH THEIR LOOT. A FEW SECONDS LATER, THE ALARMS TO THE JEWELRY PLACE BEGIN TO SOUND AND THE DRIVER PUTS THE CAR IN GEAR.
[Driver]
Come on, let's go!
THE JEWEL THIEVES RETURN TO THE CAR, JUMP IN AND THE DRIVER SLAMS ON THE GAS. THE DRIVER MAKES A SHARP U-TURN AND BEGINS TO SPEED DOWN THE ROAD. A COP CAR EXITS AN ALLEYWAY BLOCKING THE ROAD AHEAD OF THEM AND THE DRIVER DRIFTS INTO THE ALLEY THE COP CAME OUT OF. THE DRIVER SPEEDS DOWN THE ALLEY, DRIFTS OUT INTO THE STREET AND CONTINUES FORWARD. THE DRIVER SPEEDS THROUGH TOWN TO AVOID EVERY SQUAD CAR THAT ATTEMPTS TO STOP HIM. EVENTUALLY THE DRIVER ARRIVES UNDER A BRIDGE. EVERYONE GETS OUT OF THE CAR, AND JEWEL THIEF NO. 1 USES A KEY TO GET INTO A SEWER SYSTEM. RUSHING INTO THE SEWER SYSTEM THE JEWEL THIEVES ALONGSIDE THE DRIVER BEGIN TO TREK THROUGH THE SEWER WITH THEIR LOOT.
