Alice walks through the town towards Corvus and Cas's house. Hopefully they're ok, it was a risk getting that close to Hell.
Corvus looked out the window at the forest surrounding them. It really is a beautiful place where they live. He turned away and looked back at Cas. He was asleep on the couch. The healing potions really take a lot out of him, hopefully he won't need them much longer. He caught something moving out of the corner of his eye. Quickly turning back to the window he scanned the surrounding area. Alice walked up the path getting closer to the house. He sighed in relief. Not wanting to wake up Cas he opened the door and met her on the porch keeping the door cracked open incase Cas woke up.
Alice looked happy to see him. "Oh good you guys made it back ok. Where's Cas?"
Corvus looked serious. "Before you freak out he's ok," Alice looked worried. "He got hurt pretty bad though. We got caught but we hadn't done anything yet. We tried to escape but Cas had exhausted himself with his magic before and the guards caught us. They took him away and hurt him bad."
"Is he ok though?"
Corvus nodded before continuing. "Aquila got us out and healed him the best she could. I've been giving him healing potions every now and then but he's mainly been resting."
Alice looked a little worried still but relieved for the most part. At least her boys were safe. She reached up and pulled Corvus into a hug. Pulling away she put her hands on either side of his face and was trying to look him over.
"You're ok though right? Did anything happen to you."
He grabbed her hands stopping her. "Yes I'm ok. They didn't hurt me."
"Co?" Cas called quietly still sounding sleepy.
He led Alice inside and let her check over Cas.
"I'm so glad you're ok. I've been so worried about you two." She said and gingerly pulled him into a hug.
Cas smiled and hugged her tightly. "I'm ok, Corvus has been taking care of me.
She pulled back. "Has he been doing a good job? I'll give him shit if he isn't"
"I'm right here dude."
Cas laughed and nodded. "He's been very good to me don't worry."
Alice smiled and hugged him again. She stood back up and grabbed a notebook from her bag.
"I've actually got some news for you guys. Good news actually. The wedding for Andromeda should be happening in a week or so. I don't know exactly when or where but I have a general idea. She's going to be traveling to Sidel through the country but I don't know which roads they are taking yet. I think we should plan our job for this."
"Finally some good fucking news." Cas said exasperated from the couch. "I think this is a good plan. There won't be as many guards as there would be in either kingdom. Wait actually Aquila gave me a letter I think it's in my bag."
Corvus walked over and grabbed it.
"She told me we can stay in contact by sending her letters to that hut she took care of me in. She said it was like a secret hide away for her."
"That's great maybe we can get some information about when and where Andromeda will be. Do you think she would help us?" Alice asked Corvus.
"Yeah, she told me she'd do anything for Andromeda and that she has been trying to sabotage this marriage the whole time. If we write a letter I can take a bird form and take it over myself."
Alice looked at him bewildered. "You can turn into animals?"
"Some of them. I forgot to tell you didn't I?"
