Me and Ryan are on the highway currently in traffic and I can tell she's having a hard time holding it together

Ryan: she said Meg was with that dude and some mutual friends she invited normani but she couldn't go. Things were good until an argument happened and Meg got shot that's all she said

Coco: one time he was in the background on face time
Ryan: I don't know she didn't say names
Coco: I hope not it's already traumatic getting shot and adding being shot by your boyfriend is worse

Shit I forgot I told him I would call him back should I answer.

Coco: hello
Brandon : aye you never called me back you good
Coco: sorry and actually no a emergency happened with a friend from home so I have make a emergency trip back to Houston
Brandon: you need me to come with you
Coco: no I'm already on the road with a friend but I'll call you and keep you updated okay

Coco: have you talked to Brett
Ryan: yea I told him what happened
Coco: yea I let the kids with Larry bitch guess who texted my phone
Ryan: who
Coco: my mom talking about they coming to California to see me
Ryan: you going to Houston
Coco: exactly and I know they don't know where  Larry or me stay so let them waste a trip

Coco: sis, me and Ryan are heading to Houston Megan got shot last night
Asia: WTF, who shot her

Me and Ryan are like 3 hours away from Houston's and stopped at  a motel for the night. She's on the phone with Brett. I need some fresh air my anxiety is rising

Blaze: where you at
Coco: motel we like three hours away
Blaze: I remember you say your parents were coming right
Coco: you heard something they approach you I say worried
Blaze: non I just think I'll stay at you place I'm pretty sure someone will point them to my house

There is so much shit going on at once. I can never just have a moment with me and my kids. What the fuck Courtney. I've built this whole ass adult life with adult struggles and I'm overwhelmed . My friend is shot, me and the father of my children shouldn't even know each other let alone conceived and adopted a child. Crazy ass parents I can't shake. A boyfriend that's not really a boyfriend it's to much.

I walk back in the motel room and see Ryan wiping her eyes and I feel for Ryan she doesn't do good with tragedy and it's really bothers her especially if it one of us.

Ryan: I'm pregnant

Ryan: I found out two weeks ago I planned on * pauses* surprising you guys with a Group FaceTime *crying*
