Friends

When, I reached home I saw my friends. They came and said that they will take the bad but I denied. I told them that I will meet them in few minutes after getting changed.
When I changed, I thought of taking out my earrings. That time mom called me. "What are you doing?" She asked me. "Just got changed." I replied. I took out the earring of my left ear and when I reached for my right ear it was empty. "Shit!" I said loudly. "What happened?" Mom asked me. "I think I lost my earring." I said and I am sure that she must be facepalming herself right now. "Where is your mind?" She said to me. "On my earring. Seriously mom! Obviously I have other things to keep my mind on." I said to her. "Okay, okay. Look for it in the room." She said. "I am doing."I told her. I checked every corner of the room but I didn't found it. "Did you find it?" She asked me. "No. I think I lost it on the station."I replied to her. "It's ok. You have so many earrings." She said trying to cheer up my mood. "I know I have, but mom that was my first and favourite earring." I said to her. "Leave it. What are you doing? How are you? How's dad?" I asked her. "I was just sitting. Your dad and I both are fine. He has went outside." She replied. Although I was sad, but still I talked to mom for few minutes, then I went outside to meet my friends.

Later, at night after dinner everyone went to their room. In village, everyone sleeps early that's why I also went to my room and closed the door. Usually when I used to come with my parents, I used to sleep with mom because I am scared of sleeping alone at night especially in my Village. I know I shouldn't talk like this but the atmosphere here at night is very scary, especially with the sounds of the night insects. Whole night, I tried to sleep but I couldn't.

The next morning, mom called me and I quickly picked up. "Woah! You are already awake." She said getting amazed. "No. I didn't slept all night. I was scared." I told her and she started laughing. "So when are you going to your elder mother?" She asked me. "I don't know. Maybe I will ask bade papa (elder father). Because I can't stay here one more night. Father is going today to the town to meet mother. So I will ask him only. I have to go to the town, now it's today evening or tomorrow morning." I told her and she hummed. "Now I am going to make the breakfast. I will talk to you later." She said and I greeted her bye then she hung up the call.

I went to Father's room and he was drinking tea. "Bade papa, can I come with you to the town? I don't want to be here alone." I said to him. "Sure you can buy are you scared?" He said and later asked while smirking. Father was very cool with me and my brother, because in our childhood Dad used to be out of town because of work so we both became close to Father. "Yeah, I am. I didn't slept whole night." I replied to him. "Okay, then be ready in evening. When I will come back from the shop we will leave." He said and I nodded. Then I left and went to get fresh.

I told my friends that I will be leaving to the town and after that I came back into my room to complete my sleep. I was excited to go to the town not just because of Mother but because I can watch there anything I want because of the free WiFi.

In evening, Father and I left the village. The whole journey, Father was cracking jokes and I wasn't able to control my laugh. When we reached at Home, Badi Ma (Elder Mother) welcomed us. I touched her feet and she gave me blessings then we three went into the room. "You are going to stay only two days here." Mother said while making a sad face. I went and hugged her. "Sorry but see I came here today only. I need to attend the wedding otherwise I would have stayed here only." I said trying to cheer her up. She smiled and kissed my forehead and said that it was okay. Then we both went into the kitchen to cook dinner. "You know how to cook?" Mother asked me and I smiled widely. "I learnt it recently." I told her and she hummed. After cooking the dinner was served and we three started eating. In my family, I was the youngest one and the only girl that's why everyone loved me but sometimes it becomes hard because I am a girl.
We all went to sleep late, Mother and Father were in one room and I was in other.

I was staying there for two days, so I just wanted to meet my childhood friends. So we all did a reunion at one of my friends house. We laughed, sang our heart out and danced like maniacs. I used to come to my hometown rarely, so we all never got the chance to meet each other but after so years it feels so good being with them. They are some of my friends, whom I am gonna cherish my whole life. They have only made me laugh, never have I ever cried because of them.
