Ruhi and Anuj were sitting in the balcony, conversing through the silence that held between them. "To abhi to chuttiyan chl rhi hai. Shaadi ke baad aap kya krenge?" (Holidays are going on. What are you going to do after the wedding?) Ruhi asked him while turning to him only to find him looking at her with so much adoration. "Shaadi ke baad tumhare sath time spend krna hai aur kya." (After wedding, I will spend lots of time with you.) He said still lost in her. "Hein?" She asked him. "A-ab v-vo, Mera mtlb main didi ki shaadi ke baad din bhr sounga." (I will sleep whole day after sister's wedding.) He said while stuttering. "Pr din bhr kyu? Mtlb obviously aap so skte hai." (But why whole day? I mean obviously you can sleep.) She asked him confused. "So that I can dream about you." He said while at her with dreamy eyes which caused her to choke on the air.

"Areey, Jija ji. Jra hmare spne bhi dekh lena." (Oh, My brother in law. Dream about us also.) Kavya said appearing our of nowhere and behind him Aman was giving both of them a cheeky smile. "Ha dekhunga, obviously dekhunga. Aakhir meri shaadi mein invited to tumhi log ho na." (Sure I will see your dreams also. Afterall, you are the ones invited in my wedding.) He said to Kavya and both of them High fived, whole Ruhi looked at them with a horrified expression. "Tum logo ki bakwas bnd ho gyi ho to, jis kaam ke liye aaye the vo kr le." (If your nonsense talks are over, so shall we focus on the work for which we all gathered for.) Aman said to them. "Yeah, yeah. Let's focus on that. We don't have much time left." Kavya said remembering the main reason they all gathered at her home.
So, basically tomorrow is Dhruv's birthday and they all are planning a surprise for him. And they are planning in Kavya's home because they know Dhruv won't come here until and unless Kavya calls him or there's something really urgent. "Acha suno, ye pura first floor maine ghr walo ko bol ke book kr liya hai. To Rohan aur mere bhaiyo ke alawa koi aur aayega nhi. Aur Dhruv ne aane ki koshish ki to Rohan smbhal lega.  Aman aur Anuj Bhai, aap dono decoration ka kaam smbhalo aur Ruhi tu mere sath snacks aur Cake bnane mein help kregi." (Okay listen, this whole first floor is booked as I have already told all the family members about it. So, except Rohan and my brothers no one is going to come. And if Dhruv tries to come here, Rohan will look after that. Aman and Anuj Bro, you both look after the decorations and Ruhi you will help me in making snacks and Cake.) Kavya explained them their work and they nodded in understanding. Few minutes later, her brother came there with the things she asked him to bring. "I can't believe I am doing this all. I am following your orders. Like seriously." Her brother said and she rolled her eyes at him. "Remember, you are not doing this for me. You are doing this for your oh-so- favourite little brother Dhruv." She replied him with a tight lipped smile. "Yeah, because he is way better than you and he is so respectful. He is not an animal like you." He said and left from there not before sticking his tongue out at her, to which she replied gladly by doing the same. She shook her head at her brother's annoying antics and looked at all the items that he brought. She then handed it to Aman and Anuj and they started doing their work. Later, both Ruhi and Kavya also got engrossed in their works.

Ruhi and Kavya were busy preparing the Cake. "Oye sun." Kavya said to Ruhi on which she hummed. "Tune kuch socha hai?" ( Have you thought anything?) She asked her while Ruhi looked at her frowning confused by her words. "Mera mtlb, ki tune kuch socha hai Anuj ke baare mein??" (I mean to say, have you thought anything about Anuj??) She asked her on which Ruhi just shook her head. Honestly, Ruhi was also confused about her feelings towards Anuj. It was like she wanted to give it a chance but was afraid of the upcoming problems in their ways. "Meri baat sun. Main bol rhi hu, tu ek baar chance de Anuj ko. And I am taking the guarantee ki vo tujhe hurt nhi krega." (Listen to me. I am saying that give Anuj a chance and I am taking the guarantee that he will not hurt you.)  Kavya said trying to explain her best friend. "Main janti hu vo mujhe hurt nhi krega. It's just that I am scared to think ki aage koi problems Hui to." (I know he won't hurt me. It's just that I am scared to think that what if there comes problem later.) Ruhi said confused by her thoughts. "How will you know about it? If you don't try it. And about problems, so it's normal and what makes it more fascinating that you both have to solve it together. That's where the trust starts building. So, don't be scared of what's coming. Think about what you will cherish when you will be with him." Kavya told her while keeping a hand on her shoulder assuring her that it won't hurt and if there would be nah problem then she is there for her always. Ruhi smiled at Kavya's words and gave her a nod assuring her that she will try. She was thankful to have Kavya in her life as her best friend who was more like an elder sister to her who was always there to help her in every problem she faced, who never left her side from childhood till now and who will always be there in every thick and thin with her.

Ruhi and Kavya were now preparing the snacks as they were only having one hour left, before midnight and they have to complete everything before that. Even though they were having sort of time still they both were having fun in cooking all the snacks. "Kavya." A voice echoed in the hall of the house, wiping the green from both the girl's face. Both of them looked at each other in shock. 'What the hell is he doing here?' Ruhi mouthed the words on which Kavya just shook her head absolutely clueless about the sudden arrival of Dhruv. But where the hell was Rohan? "Ye Rohan kha mr jata hai jb uski jrurt hoti hai?" (Where the hell does Rohan disappears when he is needed?) Ruhi whispered to Kavya. Suddenly Kavya started panicking, her hands started shaking and sweat started forming on her forehead. "Ruhi, kuch kr aur rok usse vrna problem ho jayegi agr vo idhr aa gya to. Humne Jo bhi plan Kiya tha sb barbaad ho jayega. Upr se vo dono nalayak, pta nhi kya kr rhe hai. Decoration kr rhe hai ya kisi ki baarat mein naach rhe hai jo itna shor kr rhe hai." (Ruhi, do something and Stop him otherwise there would be a problem of he comes over here. Whatever we planned will go in vain. And on top of that, god knows what the hell are they both doing upstairs. Are they decorating or dancing in someone's wedding that they are making so much noise.) Kavya said to Ruhi trying to calm her nerves down. Before Ruhi can say anything another voice of Dhruv echoed in the hall. "Kavya, where are you?" Ruhi and Kavya looked at the entrance of the hall from where the voice was coming, both secretly praying for something to happen so that he goes back. Their breath stuck in the throats as they closed their eyes waiting for him to come where they were preparing everything. But suddenly another voice came from the hall making them open their eyes and look in that direction.
