Both Prion and Gaia spoke with Dante in private, in the presence of Darius, Bry and their two comrades, Deke and Gerry in a small room. Damien eventually joined them, as Prion laid out the intent of the collective in finding a new home to settle in, with Damien's father to help them achieve their goals.

Damien yet discovered another secret that his father had been harbouring – a longtime friendship with Prion and the collective as well as an intricate past, or rather future, where he originally came from.

Under the guise of being a new recruit to the Organization – Darius, Lord Zarynthian was apparently a renegade smuggler of peoples from other planets, seeking asylum when the government of the Old Earth gave order for humans to populate the far stretches of the galaxy, forcing its' own inhabitants to leave.

The collective wandered aimlessly until Darius, as Zarynthian volunteered to protect them with his life, quietly allowing them to live and thrive upon Old Earth as a safe haven, until the right time when their leader would come to guide them to their new home. This was to be the fate of Dante as their ultimate leader.

After the discussion, Damien was perturbed by the initial news of his father being someone he least expected, and required time alone with his thoughts. Dante sensed the turbulence within Damien and kept him company.

As they wandered through the immigration area, one of the males, Kyron recognized Dante, promptly alerting everyone in the room to pay homage to their sovereign. Dante felt embarrassed by their tribute, as they all fell to their knees.

Dante felt that he was not worthy of such a display, and called upon them to stand up, further giving them cause to rejoice, when he announced the fact that Damien was his beloved, to which the entire room gave praise.

But someone else had another agenda, and soon the compound was under fire from other government operatives which made the entire facility go completely onto lock-down, securing all areas, allowing its' inhabitants to get underground to safety.

It was then that both Damien and Dante guided the others deep underground, only to discover that they were being led into huge space ships, which had been hidden underneath the facility. These incredible crafts all bore an insignia – a crest which matched the emblem of Darius' medallion.

Damien now understood where they actually were. It was thought that everyone had been brought down to safety, until the young scientific technician, Zack engaged the surveillance system, to reveal one of their operatives with child, still above ground.

Damien's former lover, Randy was still topside with his son as they had just arrived from a mission overseas. Agent Kelly voluntarily ascended back up into the area, only to be greeted by rogue operatives, resulting in his shooting. An injured Kelly lay wounded, while the father and son were taken hostage.

Dante apparently had followed topside, and seeing Kelly in pain, launched him into action, placing his healing hands upon the wound, forcing Kelly to scream, as the searing heat grazed his flesh. But it was necessary to cauterize the wound before it could become infected. Luckily the bullet had exited out the other side, leaving no major organs damaged.

Without hesitation, Damien had ascended and seeing that Kelly was in good hands, went off to find the father and son. But as soon as he spotted them, he was knocked out cold, having fallen into a trap, stealthily planned and executed by Darius' mentor, retired General Marcus Adams, who was once considered a friend of the family.

Now in their clutches, the two men with child were whisked off the grounds via a Black Hawk to an unknown destination. Dante instantly flew into action, volunteering to rescue his beloved Damien, who now was secretly hatching a plan of his own – to make good their escape from whichever facility they had been taken to.

General Adams revealed his plans for trapping Darius, and handing him over to two intergalactic bounty hunters to stand trial for his crimes back on Future Earth, for a large sum of money and homeland ties. The move disgusted an irate Damien, as Marcus even openly peddled him to the bounty hunters as 'good for birthing' due to his hermaphroditic condition.

The young agent was even more shocked when they had introduced someone whom he had yet to meet, back from the afterlife: his own mother. Damien was disturbed by the action, recalling how distraught his father had been, recollecting the manner in which her death came about, when she was shot and lay dying, in Darius' arms. Damien immediately sought to quickly dispatch the two aliens and Marcus, together with Randy's help.

As soon as the two agents engaged, successfully disarmed and trapped their abductors, they immediately ran into what they initially thought was more trouble, from a troupe stationed behind the hidden doors. But much to their delight, Dante felt their heat signatures and the pair were once again re-united.

Using all his energy, Dante then created a shield, covering the entire facility, rendering it in complete lock-down, long enough for the rest of their agents to round up and arrest the rest of the men under Marcus' Adams command. The two aliens were brought to the attention of the elder statesmen, Prion and Gaia who proceeded to interrogate them thoroughly.

Dante could sense the agony of Damien's father, upon discovering that his former lover, Damien's mother, Ekaterina, was not dead but very much alive! Dante spoke quietly with his parents, and they had surprised Darius by enveloping him in a loving embrace, and proceeded to heal the pain, deep seated within his heart at the sight of her. Drained of such emotional energy, they then allowed the man to rest and gather his thoughts.

The fateful day arrived when Ekaterina would once again be laid to rest, and Damien went to pick up his father, who insisted on observing the ritual, much to Damien's disapproval.

Upon entering the lab facilities, Zack, the Organization's head techie had been quietly observing Ekaterina only to discover that there was no trace of humanity whatsoever within her except for nano-bots! He asked for a period of study on the Ekaterina-bot, which now peaked his interest.

Darius felt that Zack was capable of handling the situation, and left it all to his care, provided that security was placed on her at all times, and that she was not allowed to leave the facility at all, unless supervised by Zack or his AI units.

Such shocking revelations were more thought-provoking when it was announced that the genius behind it was someone that they knew...
