"Which you should understand brother, as a son of Guilliman you are hereby break your units into 10 chapters, and by the Orders of our Father you may still keep the Will of Ultramar as your Mobile Fortress monastary, the rest i can name a planet to be their recruiting ground of their choosing should they choose to be tide of a planet" Said Calgar with proposition at Ronan
Ronan sight "What if i say No... and i still want my Chapter without breaking" Said Ronan
With it everyone look in uproar at that declaration before Calgar raise his hand to silence his fellow Chapter masters
"And what is your reasons brother?" Said Calgar still calm as he look at Ronan's eyes

Many look at him as if he have grow a 2nd head, his audacity made him on a bad spot but those who knew him still held some respect and wanting to hear him out
"And you know the Reason brother, you were there and witness the full horror of Heresy, and yet you have the audacity to say no?" Said Calgar being reasonable calm upon wanting to hear the ancient Ultramarine
"Yes. i'am" Said Ronan "1,000 marines would be never enough, we will be force into defensive should our homeworld being invaded but it would not be enough against determined foes who would see nothing but our destruction" Said Ronan
With that they murmur themselves
"Pray tell how many Marines do you wish then brother?" Said Calgar
"10,000 it would be enough force for both offense and defense should the need arrise" Said Ronan
Calgar still narrowed his eyes at Ronan "And you have argued this for how long? and you do you believe that you might succeed?" Said Calgar
"I would be a fool if i say yes, and since i was chosen to assist him of writing the Codex Astardes, which was meant more to be guidelines than actual rules or holy text by the words of our Father" Said Ronan as he glared at Calgar because of the casualties that they suffered during the Tyrannic War
"Father would never see the coming of this Tyranids or this Necrons so how would you try to stop them then? how would you counter the ever evolving Tyranids or the sheer advance technological terror of the Necrons?" Said Ronan
With that, many could find some logic in that though many find in disagreement with him to who are more hardcore Codex though they did not voice it out because this is a Veteran of both Great Crusade and Horus Heresy, to disagree with him would be not logical as Ronan have fought alongside their father and likely knows him more than they would ever care to admit from reading of history books
"No? we Ultramarines as our father intended us, is to adobt to every scenario that is not in the books,
Do you know among our cousins have saying of, 'Leave one Ultramarine alive then everyone lost the battle\
Because once we get enough information we can act accordingly of how to defeat our enemies, something that the Word bearers do their damnedest to damage us as much as possible for they fear once we get our shits together we will be harder to lose and we defeated albeit in heavy casualty because of the surprise attack" Said Ronan
Calgar after hearing that have to massage his head "You have given me difficult to decide of your case Brother" Said Calgar
"I recall in the Codex about loophole a crusade if i'm correct" Said Ronan
Calgar look to him as well as other chapters who are crusaders "Even then, your loyalty will still be in question should they know another chapter that is beyond codex approve number" Said Calgar
"And let me deal with it" Said Ronan
Calgar deep breaths as he close his eyes before opening it in the moment to the human eyes it was but a moment but for the space marines, it looks like it takes Calgar an eternity to decide
"Alright, i approve that you won't have to break your Chapter, but i request you shed your heredity, change your paint and name, i'll do the official list where you are sanctioned and the only i need is your new chapter name" Said Calgar
Ronan then looked back to his brothers, they nod to him as they will accept whatever of his decision
"Our Chapter Name would be
Knights of Ultramar"
"And our battle cry would be
We have returned, None shall stop our wrath"
"I'll send this to Terra to make your chapter Official and, feel free to stay i'm sure our esteem brothers would have many questions" Said Calgar
"Then they are welcome, i'll awake all of our Dreadnoughts brothers to have final goodbye for our homeworld before departing and most of all i will leave a gift" Said Ronan as bow to Calgar as well as his brothers and they begun to return back to their star fort
As they move, every Ultramarines and their successors bow their head in respect to the Time Lost sons of Guilliman who have finally return back to their homeworld
