Interlude: New System to rule and Ideas

5 years since their arrival in this grim dark future in that 5 years they are quickly making a name for themselves either masssed numbers through sectors or a single squad on a planet none can stop their wrath as Imperials knows them, in that matter they created many allies among the Imperials, so far they have dozen of chapters both different lineage and the unknown swore to them exception are those of the Sons of Guillimans as brothers they are all oath driven to protect and defend to each other and thus they take this seriously

Not only that they able to have able to build their own small Empire, of at least 20 worlds owned their allegiance  to them, one of those planets is a Forgeworld one of the major ones complete with Titans and Knights under them, after they have save their system from Chaos invasion

3 of this planets are Knight worlds 2 of them are Imperial align the other is Mechanicus

2 planets are Feudal and the other Feral worlds which are perfect source for recruits

3 are agri-worlds

another is a fortress world, a Hive World and the rest a Civilize world or in mixed categories

1 Particular civilize world has a large number of psykers in their population which Ronan quickly put heavily fortification on said planets to be one of their primary recruiting world due to the need of large number of Librarians not to mention they already have that many and now their number is slowly increasing, and they still following protocols of recruiting method thanks to the forces of Chaos

The System itself was under attack by large Ork WAAAAGH that which the Knights of Ultramar in their Chapter strength easily manage to drive them out the System and made a pact with the System Governor for the right to have recruiting world as well as for thanking for saving them from being overrun they pledge their loyalty to them, after unanimous decision including the Fabricator-General in the System Forgeworld with the diplomatic talk with Archmagos Gavoin and saving their Forgeworld

Not only that, they are quite instantly worship as Angels or Demi-gods in the Feudal and Feral world after they landed on their world and each rulers of Kingdoms and tribes agreed for every 6 years that they will present their strongest youths since they have the right environment for the future recruits to be molded before taken by the Chapter

For this they have to make sure that they won't be branded a excumicado traitoris as they  will still doing Crusade while leaving a Great Company to be their defender for every 10 years they would be shifting for each Great Company, but they can still send their company or squads to be deployed on battlefields when others could not

And With it they have their own Auxiary of Imperial Guards and small fleet of subsector of fleet that guarding the system without counting their own ships mostly with Cruisers and Escorts with few Battleships that are answerable to their call as well as without counting the Mechanicus own forces that would aid them thanks to their pact

With sending as well a full complete copies of STCs they are immediately garner support from Mars and rewarding them several advance pattern of Strike Cruisers and Battlebarge newly commision due to the vast number of STCs they have send

in the System it was appeared to be have a strong relationship with a Powerful Navigator house who is also the Same navigator house that some of their ship being piloted thanks to them they have hold trade rout in their as well as powerful Rogue Trader dynasty who promise them with wealth and support which can make their Chapter to be even more richer

Gavoin along with other tech-priest in 30k Era was able to put some Tech-priest in the forgeworld in the system to follow their lead of innovation with some success of converting them back into the fold

They are also officially declared a new founding Chapter, but their Origins are still in mystery with some Rumors of them being from the past which was they are being look with suspicion by the High ups

Inquisition are also begun to have them in the watch list due to their Massive number similar to the Black Templars even then they have to keep their distance from them, as it appears they have a close relationship with their parent chapter from the Ulramarines

One of the meetings with the Ultramarines homeworld, Ronan propose a similar protocol from the Imperial Fist last wall in Case either Terra was in Danger or Macragge they will merge into a single legion with the Ultramarine Chapter Master as the Legion master in case there is another threat like the Heresy, the Tyranids or the Beast Waaagh should something like this ever happen again

It was a thoughtful words, even Calgar have to speak with this at the Other Chapter Masters or Representatives about their though that which have mixed feelings about it, but Ronan known Guilliman the most being the only being alive to have conversation with his Primarch and assist him in writing the Codex told them about contingency but it appears to be Guillliman din't able to write it on codex due to being mortally wounded by Fulgrim

as Ronan was quite shock and concern at the 1st Tyrannic war where their successors never sent aid to their parent Chapter

In the End they agreed for the Protocol they called it UNITATES Protocol (Unity in Latin) as Ronan read the beast WAAAAGH in the archives and concluded why such protocol was in place by Rogal Dorn it was no longer just for another heresy but for another large threats

They have to be careful for that since the Ultramarines along with their successors and their successorrs and so on numbered around 500 thousand maybe more due to their large numbers of founding chapters in the Entire Imperium

another being is of creating new founding chapters, considering that they only sending 5 percent of their gene-seed in tithing, Ronan propose another of creating new Chapters of their own way, that which those 500 plus chapters if possible can donate their own gene-seed for the new founding of Chapters along with Space Marines to be the 1st company if possible to 3rd company the rest are would be recruits

if they can do it, due to the large number of Guilliman's lineage they can possibly create 30 chapters within reasonable 30 to 40 years earlier if they have the Homeworld, Wargear, Vehicles, Fleets,  ETC ready the ones who would lead would have a their first captain to volunteer and trial due to possibly large number of 1st company Captains to join

Any squad from other chapters can join at the newly formed Chapter though only 1st to 3rd company only (In case from 2nd to 3rd company which any company from 2nd to 9th)

Can Space Marines can create new founding Chapters without the High Lords approval? because they're quite long time to create a new one
