Personality: Cindy is known to be a shy, clumsy and docile Big Sister but when the time is needed, she's a strong, smart and resourceful person.
Behavior: She keeps to herself as she avoids the Security Camera's and Splicers of Rapture. Though, fortunatly she seems most relaxed with any Big Daddy Series and the Big Brother.
Her Legs Condition: Cindy requires leg braces due to an accident after coming into the crossfire of some stray explosives between the fight between a Rumbler and an Alpha Series Big Daddy, ultimately shredding both of her legs with shrapnel. Most of it getting lodged into her legs bones and muscular tissue.
[Note: After being dragged off some where out of the surveillance cameras reach by multiple Little Sistera, she had disappeared for a while before showing up, wandering around Raptures corridors recently.]
