S.1, Ep.1: Familiar Faces

"Come on Nova hurry up!" A girl ran outside. She was quite a regular length, long brown wavy hair and blue eyes. A typical Mewni girl. She grabbed her Dimensional scissors. Those are used to open portals to other dimensions.
"Hold on Luna, I am not that fast, jeez.." The girl named Nova ran after her.
Nova has mid long brown hair and her eyes has some kind of curious radiance, she wears celestial-inspired clothes adorned with intricate patterns.
"So what's the plan?" She asked curious.
"Lets go to an safer place to test some new spells. If I break something here my mother wont be happy.." Luna smiled as she opened a doorway to another dimension.
"Right..." Nova nodded and looked at the portal. "After you then." Nova said as she directed her hand to the portal.

Luna entered the portal followed by Nova. The other side was a weird some kind of abandoned village. The buildings were all broken. The atmosphere felt empty but at the same time you had the feeling you were not alone. A good place to test some spells right?

"This looks like a good place to start. It's all broken after all right?" Luna said looking at Nova.
"Yeah but still, watch out what you do. Maybe there is still someone here." Nova looked around carefully, checking if she sees something or someone. Nova didn't really liked the atmosphere she felt. Luna didn't really looked to notice it.
Luna grabs her wand and aimed it a a broken building. "Magical Beam!" She said and a laser beam came out of her wand. It was bigger than she expected and she got startled for a bit. The laser destroyed the roof of a building making it collapse into the house itself.
The blast and the collapse of the house made the hair of both Luna and Nova wave. Nova coughed a bit because of the dust coming out of the collapsed house.
"Oi what the hell!" A boy jumped out the front door and landed in front of the two girls.
He has striking silver hair that contrasts with his perpetual youthful appearance. His eyes are a vibrant shade of blue. He wears a combination of practical and stylish clothing suitable for travels.
"Are you out of your mind?" He said angry, still coughing a bit because of the dust.
"I told you to watch out Luna!" Nova said angry.
"I'm so sorry. Are you okay?" Luna asked and helped the boy up.
"Yeah I am fine.." He wipes some of the dirt of his clothes and looked at the wand.
"T-That wand. How did you get that?" The boy freezes for a second.
"What, this?" Luna pointed at her wand. "From my mother. The queen of Mewni!" She said in a cheerful way.
"The queen?" The boy looked down. "Star..."
Nova didn't said anything and looked at the boy.
"Yeah, That's my mother. You know her?" Luna felt confused while she asked this question. "Well. Its a long story." He stopped for a brief moment.
"We have all the time." Nova said as she looked at the boy in a serious way. He nodded. "See, I used to be close friends with her." He looked at Luna, then at Nova.
"Used?" Nova repeated. She didn't really trusted the situation.
"Yeah. I am cursed with eternal youth." He showed them a marking on his arm.
Nova looked at the marking. "I have never seen that before." She said.
"I have." Luna said as she saw the same marking. "I've seen it once in my lifetime." Luna remembered some old memories about the markings.
"Officially I am around the same age as your mother." The boy continued.
"What is your name?" Nova asked and looked at the boy without any sign of trust.
"Ace. Ace Cross. Your mother would know me." He said confident.
"You do understand that this is hard to believe right?" Nova asked Ace. She looked at him from top to bottom.
"Yeah I know, I know..." Ace looked at the ground. The dust surrounded them on the ground.
"What if we introduce you to my mother? Maybe she can verify your story." Luna said. It looked like she somewhat trusted him.
Ace looked at Luna. "That might help."
Luna grabbed her scissors and opened up a portal. "Let's go then!" She said with a smile and entered the portal.
"Don't try anything or I will have to use violence." Nova said as she showed Ace her crossbow.
"No need for that." Ace said as he showed his hands and followed the girls trough the portal.
