Chapter 23-The Plot Thickens

(The next day the group meets up in the hotel lobby)

Mina: Ok lets go over the plan again today! Lukas: Okay so we decided on walking around Tokyo, doing some window shopping on the girls' request, getting some boba, and having lunch and dinner at some new places. Shouta: Sounds like a plan. Soohyun: Then lets go. 

(Meanwhile, somewhere else...)

(footsteps scuff on a concrete floor) (They halt)

???: Attention! Everyone listen up and gather below me! (A crowd forms)

???: Today I'd like to draw some attention to some important matters. As you know we have a very important mission going on right now. First off, I'd like to congratulate a very important person. Cadedies Finch please get yourself up here. (Cadedies appears beside the figure in a single second.) ???: Earlier this week our well beloved Cadedies Finch, an excellent A-Rank, has obtained the second to last piece.. needed.. in completing our final mission! (The crowd cheers frantically) 

???: We appreciate your work greatly Mr. Finch. Now, I'd like to also congratulate some of our rank ups this week! (The crowd cheers) ???: I will begin from lowest and end in the highest. First off, moving from D-Rank to C-Rank are... Orland Gale, Richard Johnson, and Israa Amin! (The crowd cheers for them, pats them on the back and claps.) ???: Unfortunately we have no C-Ranks that achieved B-Rank quite yet, maybe that can be changed by the rank ups next week. We do though, have a B-Rank that has achieved A-Rank, which is a lovely accomplishment we all love to see. And that rank goes to... Naya Udoka! (The crowd cheers frantically and claps and pats her on the back as well. ) ???: And no one has achieved S-Rank as well, and no one seems to be on the fence either. Thank you all for gathering today. Now, I'd like to conduct a meeting with all the S-ranks and A-ranks. That includes you Naya. Naya: Yes sir. ???: And Jesse I know you are A but I need you to work on training the lower ranks. I'd like the B's to work on stamina, C's sneak attacks, and D's strength of attacks. Jesse: Yes sir. ???: All of you better listen to her too, you surely don't wish to face the consequences. Anyways, Daniel I'd like you to leave the out's alone for today and join us in the meeting. Daniel: Yes Avril sir. Avril: Now, S's and A's follow. 

(In the meeting room) 

Avril: Okay I'd like to quickly discuss our next plan of action regarding your ranks. Once the device is installed, we would like to launch an all out attack. Before we start on planning the attack I need some more of you to go out and gather oil pipes and electrical wires. We didn't get enough we needed last time. I'd like you to go in duos to get it done quickly. We need to get a lot of tests done in time for the attack. I will write the following on the plan board. 

North Tokyo-Abbey & Daniel 

South Tokyo-Cadedies & Grayson 

Osaka-Will & Kennedy

Sapporo-Yemi & Kali 

Other than that the rest of you can go and train. I'd like you to go as soon as possible so gather your belongings quickly. That's all for now. Thank you. And if you happen to run into the league.. avoid them at all costs.
