A Jedi's revival

Part 11

Mace:I will inform the rest of the council of this. Master Kenobi returned from a mission a bit before you and reported finding your former master. So Sahara you will be paired with your former master and Aiden your new padawan will be returning from Ilium shortly.
Sahara:Where could I meet him?
Mace:He should be in the great hall now.
Sahara:Thank you for everything master Aiden, enjoy your time with your new padawan.
Aiden:Thank you master for the opportunity to train a new padawan. Would you happen to know where master Yoda is?
Mace:He is in the meditation room.
Aiden:Thank you master.

I left the room and made my way to see Yoda. I wished to speak about the two visions I had seen. I met Yoda as he exited the room. I began explaining the visions and he calmly said he'd seen them too.

Aiden:Don't you think we should act on these visions?
Yoda:Mmh. Do what? How does one act on something they do not understand?
Aiden:I'm not sure I understand master.
Yoda:if understand you do not then impossible to prevent what comes it is.
Aiden:I see. So what should I do?
Yoda:In the force you must trust.
Aiden:Is it possible that our ability to see clearly into the force is failing us? We are in dark times.
Yoda:Mmh that we are.

Yoda and I walked our separate ways as I went to find my new padawan who was just arriving. I met with master Plo Koon who had brought the younglings from Ilium.

Plo:Aiden this is your new apprentice, Sylvia.
Aiden:Nice to meet you.
Sylvia:Nice to meet you to.
Plo:I'm sure you want to get to know each other so I'll take the rest the younglings, I'll see you around Aiden.
Aiden:Bye.

Me and Sylvia went around the temple as I showed her the different rooms and eventually where her quarters were.

Sylvia:This place is big, it doesn't seem so big from the out side.
Aiden:That's true it definitely looks bigger on the inside.
Sylvia:So what do we do now master?
Aiden:Well let's go to the training room.

We made our way to the training room where we went through many different light saber forms and meditation and how to deal with different situations in battle. The next few weeks would go by quietly. The war had calmed down it look like the separatists could see they were loosing. But all that calmness fell away very quickly while Kenobi and I walked through a quiet part of the grand hall.

Kenobi:So how it been training your padawan?
Aiden:Interesting, very interesting.
Kenobi:She's your first non human correct?
Aiden:Yes, she's the same species as master Aayla Secura. She's a Twi'lek.
Kenobi:Do you find it difficult to train someone that is not of the same species as you?
Aiden:Train her no, but it's hard to relate her.
Kenobi:I see. Anikin was much the same. He is very different to me in many ways, while also very similar in other ways. Don't focus on what you can't relate to her about but instead on what you can relate to her about.
Aiden:Thank you.

Just then we saw Barriss Offee headed somewhere with what looked to be an explosive.
Kenobi questioned what she was holding but she didn't respond, she simply dropped the device.
