Sohayb ran out of the underground cafe covered in blood. He needed to find Yahya now. He ran for half an hour and reached the allay. He then entered the tea shop where Yahya said he usually came to.
"Has anyone seen Yahya?" Sohayb frantically asked.
"He's at home." a man responded. "Can you tell me where he lives?" Sohayb asked. The man took out his cell phone and dialed Yahyas number.
Sohayb was trembling as he waited for Yahya to pick up. The phone rang for what seemed to be ages. Finally someone picked up.
"Yahya your friend here is in desperate need of you." The man said into the phone. "I'll be there in 5." Yahya said through the phone. He hung up. The man looked at Sohayb. "What happened son?" He asked. "Nothing I just got into a fight." Sohayb responded. The man stood up and walked behind the counter. He took out some gauze and rubbing alcohol. "Come here my son." He said.
Sohayb walked over wincing at the pain with each step. He put his cut up hand on the counter. The man began pouring the cleaning alcohol onto his cut. He flinched. It stung.
He then wrapped Sohaybs hand in several layers of gauze. The counter was now a bloody mess. "Thank you sir." Sohayb said.
Suddenly Yahya ran into the room. "What happened??" He asked as he gazed at Sohayb. "We need to leave now." Sohayb said. "Yazmin is out there all alone it's getting dark. She could get killed if we don't act fast."
"We cant leave with you like this" Yahya responded. "I'll take you to the ER and then we can leave."
"No, Yazmin needs me. I can't abandon her for a few cuts." Sohayb said. "You could die, this is insane, you say you don't love her but you act this way." Yahya pointed out. "Nows not the time for this." Sohayb said.
Yahya ran towards Sohayb and placed sohaybs arm on his shoulder to help him walk. The two quickly went outside and into Yahyas car. Yahya drove to the closest ER and stopped infront of it.
"Im not taking you anywhere until you get your wounds dealt with." Yahya said. "Just go Yahya I dont have time." Sohayb said.
"No." Yahya put the car into park. "Fine." Yelled sohayb. "You better take me to north rumaila road after this."
"Are you insane thats 9 hours away!?" Yahya said.
"Fine just go to the ER, I promise I'll take you." Yahya reluctantly said.
Sohayb entered the ER.
