Their ride back home was quiet. Abhi decided to give Mithu some time. He played his favourite ARR songs and Mithu did not even complain. As soon as they entered home, Mithu sighed and went to her room. Abhi freshened up and decided to watch something on TV, which he hadn't done in a long time. Since Mithu's door was shut, he assumed she would either be reading or might have gone to sleep but in about half an hour, Mithu's door opened and she stomped towards Abhi in her pajamas. She laid on the sofa, placing her head on Abhi's lap. He immediately started to run his fingers through her hair. When Mithu was younger, this always used to calm her. His touch was very gently and it helped her anxiety. Since Samyu had come into their life these moments had drastically reduced.
