I looked at the Bioluminescents of pandora in awe. I just couldn't stop looking. "Spider?" I asked walking towards him. "What?" He asked standing up form the rock he had perched himself on. I took a deep breath and sat on the grass which had a few critters crawling around. Honestly I hated bugs but these things were so beautiful. I sigh softly before speaking, "I never fully told you what happened to me... Or why I'm here, did I?" I fiddled with the hem of my torn up shirt. Spider slowly sank down beside me "Well, you said something about science but I didn't really listen, no offence or anything" he tilted his head expecting an answer.

I took a deep breath placing my hand over his "Well, I lived back on earth. A group of extraordinary individuals were assembled to defeat evil. They were called the avengers..." As I went on Spider listened and watched like an eager child listening to a bedtime story. "I was one of these people. Expect I didn't have powers." I tried to explain to the best if my ability. "I had a basic mission. All I had to do was get some data off some computers and transfer it to my teammates." I sigh sadly finally acknowledging the guilt which was lingering in the back of my mind. "If hydra was involved that ment I'd have to tell the others since it was too dangerous for younger recruits to deal with. " Spider looked up at me with a curious expression and asked "What did you do?"

"Well I made a dumb ass decision." I sigh shaking my head. "I didn't tell them and continued with my mission. I wanted to prove myself worthy, I was just so tired of everyone treating and looking at me like I was a child." My stomach twisted around as I spoke

"I tried to stick to the vents to keep out of sight but the place I needed to go didn't have any. So I got out..." All I could think about at this point was all the things I could've done differently. I just wish I could erase time and start over.

"But." I continued speaking trying to force the words out

"there was a passcode to enter the room. I ended up finding a keycard though. It was even a master key card too. But I didn't think. I shouldve known something was up the moment I set foot in that place... It was too easy. But at that point I didn't think much about it. I had a horrible gut retching feeling like I was being watched, but no one was there..." I still feel sick to my stomach when I think about the horrible feeling I got.

Spider frowns slightly giving y hand a soft squeeze before and asking. "Then What?"

I look at him and then say "Well to shorten it up... I was taken and experimented on" I sigh remembering everything that hydra did to me, "They gave me something weird, and ... Then I woke up mid-air while falling into a lake somewhere on Pandora."

Spider was just about to say something when Quaritch walked over to us. "I dunno what the hell this is, but you two need to get some shuteye." The tall man stared at me for a few seconds before walking away to the tarp which had been tied to the surrounding trees creating a shelter.

Just as I was about to get up I remembered something causing me to gasp. This alerted Spider immediately "Woah? You okay bro?"

I shook my head swallowing the lump which was forming in my throat "W-wanda... She was so scared something would happen to me on this mission I-" The guilt I felt was unimaginable.

"I said I would be fine..." I start to tear up and instinctively go to wipe my tear only to be met with the hard plastic of my Exopack.

Spider frowns and says "I have an Idea.." He reassuringly places his hand on my shoulder

I curiously look up "what do you mean?"

Spider checks to make sure everyone was asleep and no one had been listening in to our conversation. "We must escape..."

My stomach churned at the thought "but-... But Quartich said there's trackers in our masks?" I didn't want to risk the threat from earlier.

Spider shook his head "I've got it all planned out, we will leave late at night when no one is awake. Then we can sneak off and both grab new Exopack which have no tracker" Spider's plan did make a lot of sense

"Then we ditch the trackers and masks somewhere." Honestly Spider sounded incredibly smart right now.

"Wow, that's an awesome idea!" I whispered in excitement.

"We leave at midnight." Me and spider smirk at each other before walking towards the tarp.
