"Huuuwaaaahhhh!" I yawned. I wonder how long I've been asleep...?

The day time period shone threw two of the three windows I had.

Nightmare was busy crawling through the other.

"AAAAHHHHH!!! NIGHTMARE!!!" I quickly rushed over to help him through.

"Heh, thanks Time...anyway..." Nightmare whistled and a little blue bird flew through the window. It landed on my shoulder instead of his...how odd.

"That's Julia, she's a helpful little bird. She wants to help you." Nightmare smiled. "I gotta go, Julius would flip over twice...backwards, if he saw me!" Nightmare began crawling through the window again.

"Wait, what will she help me with!?" I asked as Nightmare made it through.

"Oh...cleaning, company, you name it. Bye...oh and next time, you should dream. I was going to tell you about Julia that way but...I never saw you."

And then, Nightmare flew away just as quickly as any bad dream should...

"Time, are you--"

"HUNGRY!?!?!? YEEEEESSSSS!!!" I almost tackled Julius when he came through the door.

Ace appeared behind him. "Good! We're going to over stock your kitchen!"

I blinked. "Uhh...I don't know how to cook."

Julius and Ace looked at each other and the older one went pale while the younger laughed, his bright and happy tone filled the room.

"Looks like your screwed, Julius!" Ace kept on laughing.

"Shut up! The only person I know who can cook good is Alice!" Julius barked.

"Aaaand~" Ace suggested.

"No. Absolutely not. He'd kill me before I'd even approach him."

"Let the princess do it!" Ace guestured to me.

"Princess?" Julius and I questioned I'm unison.

"That's what I'm gonna call her from now on! She looks like royalty." Ace laughed.

"Fine, but if he sees me--" Julius was about to go on but Ace began to drag him out of the room by his coat.

"Coming, princess?" Ace asked while he calmly held the bluenette by the collar.

I couldn't help but smile. Him, Nightmare and Julius were going to obviously be my best friends.

"So let me get this straight. You need me to teach the little Clockmakette to cook!? No way am I going near that place without killing the Clockmaker first!!"

"Calm down, we just need cooking lessons. She doesn't know how to cook and there's no one else to turn to." Ace folded his arms and nodded.

"What about Alice?"

"Alice and Time cannot meet properly. Alice either has to find Time on her own or they have to accidentally bump into each other. If it's planned in any way, Joker will kill her. Don't let a life go to waste!" Ace explained.

"Hmm...the Clockmakette doesn't seem like the kind that would be mean so...I'll do it."

I smiled. "Thank you so much!"

He looked down at me. Violet eyes shining with a hint of warmth after this whole scene.

"You won't even see me, Elliot." Julius began walking away.
