Chapter 13: Disappeared

Nichkhun’s POV:

After a few minutes in the men’s room, I decided to go back to the store. On my way there, I met a few fans of mine that I had met in Thailand and lucky for me they are not crazy fans at all. I gave them autograph and we went for a drink. It was fun talking with them but I started to feel uneasy so I bade them goodbye.

As I stepped in the store I searched for Tiffany but she was nowhere to be found. Where could that girl be? So I decided to ask my aunt.

“Imo have you seen my wife?” I asked calmly.

“I thought she went to search for you? She left the store half an hour ago” my aunt said but I didn’t say anything else as I ran to the car park.

She’s not there either. Just when I was about to search somewhere else, something sparkly caught my attention. I crouched down and took the sparkly thing which turns out to be a bracelet.

It looked just the same like the charm bracelet I gave Tiffany a few months ago. This must have belonged to her but where could she have gone to? Aigoo~ don’t scare me like this Tiffany. Please be safe.

Meanwhile inside an abandoned house:

The girl that was unconscious finally woke up after about 10 hours of sleep but she was welcomed by darkness and her body was tied to a chair as well as her hands and legs.

“Hel-lo? Anyone he-re?” She called out weakly and looked around.

“Why am I here?” She grunted attempting to free herself.

Then it hit her as she remembered the incident that happened earlier this morning.

“Khun Oppa, help me please!” she called for help but was greeted by silence.

Suddenly the room turned bright which made the girl squinted her eyes as she saw a figure approaching her. That person was wearing a black mask.

“Hello my dear, you finally woke up” the guy smirked although she couldn’t see it. His voice was deep and creepy that it gave her shivers.

“Who are you? Please let me go” she begged with tears forming in her eyes.

“I’m sorry but I can’t. I was asked to keep you until my boss wants you to be killed” he laughed evilly. Tiff’s eyes widen.

“Why are you doing this to me?” Tiff cried.

“Don’t cry my dear. You are not at fault at all but that makes people wants to kill you” he said coolly but Tiff doesn’t buy his words at all. It just doesn’t make any sense.

‘I’m pregnant for goodness sake. How can a person be so cruel?! What will happen to the baby if they kill me? I can’t let them do this to my baby’ – Tiff thought and thought of an escape plan.

The guy had left Tiffany after forcing her to eat the dinner he made; Spaghetti and fried chicken. Tiffany admitted that it was delicious but what if it’s filled with poison? Shaking off that thought she tried to free her legs and hands from the tight ropes. She was having trouble breathing for a while so she eventually gave up. It’s no use at all.

“Aegi ah~ mommy wants to apologize for everything. All of this happened because of me and now both of us are in danger. Just hang in there okay? I promise we’ll get out of this place soon” Tiff said tenderly yet softly while looking at the slight bump.

She’s already 3 months pregnant but the bump is not very visible. It made her worried that she wasn’t taking enough healthy diet for the baby. She really misses her husband and imagine cuddling beside him couldn’t make her happier. If only he was here to tell her that everything will turn out okay. Slowly, she felt her eyes getting heavier before she fell asleep while dreaming of her future with Khun and their baby.

Back to Nichkhun:

He felt helpless for the first time and he needed help from Tiffany’s sisters. Surely they know where she had gone to but how could that girl leave without telling him? That’s just too selfish of her but was that what really happened? We all know it’s not but poor Khun Oppa doesn’t know anything.

Its been 10 hours now.He drove to SNSD’s Dorm and to his luck the girls are not asleep yet.

“Hey Oppa, what are you doing here?” the maknae is the first to greet him at the door. She’s so polite and beautiful. Yonghwa sure is lucky to have her. She’s smart too and really is mature for her age and….Wait why are we talking about her? Nich is here because of his wife and not to fool around.

“Hey Seo, where are the others? I need your help” he smiled shakily before entering the dorm when Seohyun let him in.

Luckily, there were no crazy fans or paparazzi around. Seohyun gathered the girls that were staying in the dorm tonight to go to the living room. They obeyed her and were confused to see Nich there already seated comfortably on the floor. He looks tired and worried. The girls present were only Seohyun, Yoona, Sooyoung and Yuri. The others may have stayed in their own house or parents' house.

“Oppa, what’s wrong? And where’s Tiffany?” Yuri asked curiously.

He usually come here together with his wife but today is different.

“Girls, I have something to tell you. It’s bad news but please don’t freak out” he said and looked at the girls who nodded.

They waited impatiently for him to speak. Taking a deep breath he told them what happened from the beginning to the very end without leaving any single information behind. They were surprised and worried that something might happen to their sister. They started to think of ways to help Nich and he was grateful to have them. He decided to go back home. He’s afraid that Tiffany might come home and found out he’s not there. He bade the girls goodbye and left with a heavy heart.

Yuri’s POV:

Where could Tiffany have disappeared to?

“Hey girls, should we tell the others?” I asked them.

They looked worried and scared.

“But Tae and Jess might be busy with the kids. This news will make them more worried” Sooyoung reasoned which all of us agreed.

“Then I’ll call Sunny and Hyoyeon Unnie” Maknae said and left to the kitchen to make the call.

“How about calling the police?” Yoona suggested.

“But we have to wait for 24 hours before reporting for a missing person” I told them.

“That’s right so what are we going to do now?” Yoona pouted in disappointment.

We have run out of ideas until maknae told us that Hyoyeon and Sunny will be here soon. I hope they have thought of ideas to find Tiffany. It’s already 8 at night but there’s no news of her. What if someone tried to hurt her? I’m getting all these creepy thoughts. It’s really not safe for a pregnant girl to be out there all alone throughout the night. END OF POV
