chapter 1

Navya's POV 

It was evening time, and I was waiting for my twin sister Naina. And I got a call from 

Kiran Bhaiya.

Navya, where the fuck you are, come as fast as you can; if you wouldn't come in 20 minutes, then you're going to face consequences.

And he cut the call without giving me time to speak.

I really don't know why my own family started to talk like this with me.

And I started running as fast as I could. I was so scared at that time that I even forgot that I could take a cab to go home.

At home 

Everyone's eyes were on Navya, who was badly scared for what she was going to face. As she entered, her face was turned around by a loud slap. She felt tears on her cheeks, which had become red from the impact of the slap. She looked at the person with teary eyes, and her heart broke into pieces after knowing Kiran Bhaiya slapped her.

'Where the fuck you were? Do you have any idea how worried we were?' Kiran yelled at her.

'Bhaiya Naina told me to wait for her'Navya said, holding her cheeks, and she was cut by Atharv.

' Shut your mouth. Why are you taking Naina in between this? It was you who always bullied your own twin sister.'

Atharv said while having hurtful eyes. 

'I didn't accept these from you, Navu.' Arnav said 

' You dared to threaten her.' Kiran said, and he held her wrist and dragged her towards the dark room and pushed her while saying, 'You are going to stay her until tomorrow's evening. Till then, you are not going to have something to eat or drink.'

' Please, Bhaiya, listen to me. I haven't done anything. Please, you know I am afraid of darkness. Please, please don't leave me here.' Navya said 

But it was too late; he was already left from there with loud teeth. She kept asking to open the door, but no one was there to listen to her cries, and she drifted to her dreamland.

Miss Sunnya Singh and Mtr. Avinash Singh were not present at that time because of a business trip.

On next morning

Arnav goes to the room where Navya was; after all, she is his sister. He can't see her in trouble, so he opens the door only to find her sleeping on the floor. He took her face in his hand and touched her cheeks, which were having dry tears. 

He got tears in his eyes after seeing his sister in this state. And he left from there. 

Because now he believes his sister Naina.

Arthur's POV 

Actually, the scene is that it was Naina's plan to trap her. First, she told Navya to wait for her, and she came home when her brothers asked her about Navya. She lied that she didn't know where she was and told her brothers that she was getting bullied by Navya, which was not true; instead, Naina was the one who was bullying Navya.

Because of that, Kiran gets angry at her, and he locks her inside the darkroom. He knows very well that Navya hates darkness.

At Evening

Navya was there until evening as Kiran locked her there. Soon Sunnya and Avinash came back from their business trip, and Kiran explained to her everything that happened. Her parents were very disappointed by her actions.

They all go to the room where Navya was locked; they open the door and see Navya, who was sitting in the corner of the room.

Arnav held her hand and dragged her towards the hall. Poor Navya was down because of her empty stomach. 

Naina gives her a glass of water to drink, and she pretends like she is innocent.

Her parents scold her, and they say if she doesn't stop doing this, they will forget that they also have Navya as a daughter.

For them it was words, but for Navya it was a knife that was continuously stabbing her heart, and she felt like she was all alone.

Navya returns to her room. She locked herself inside it, and she started to cry. She tries hard to control her sobbing, but she can't at that time. She needs someone who will say, 'Everything will be alright.' 

She needs someone who will confront her, but no one was there at that time.

Soon she drifted to her dreamland.

She felt someone stroke her hair softly.

Which makes her to break her sleep and to open her eyes. Guess what? She saw Kiran, who was sitting on the bed beside her. She immediately tries to wake up, but she feels it because of dizziness. Kiran helps her to sit properly and ask.

'Navu are hungry? Do you want anything to eat? I will make it for you,' Kiran said in a soft voice after feeling guilty for his beloved sister.

' Humm, I want to eat Maggie... No, no, I want to eat a full lunch, bhaiya. Please prepare it for me as fast as you can,'Navya  said with a cute and beautiful smile.

'Then just get ready. I will prepare it in 30 minutes, okay?' Kiran said

' I will also help you to prepare it, 'Atharv said while giving a glance to Navya.

' Bhai BSS bhi karo ab Navya ko itna gussa mat karo' Kiran said after seeing Navya, who was terrified because of his harsh glance.

(Translation: Enough, bro, you should not scold her this much.)
