Chapter 56

The day of the war. Rules were set and the rule stated that women are also allowed to participate in the war and no Dev's is allowed in the war because Priya felt that Pandavas will get help from their celestial fathers. These rules initially were not accepted but Priya glare shut their mouth and they had to accept her decision.

Day 1

Drona and the first group of Akshauhini sena came to the battlefield while Priya send Ashwathama and 2 Akshauhini senas. The battle was one sided as Priya's side was in the upper hand. Many soldiers from Pandavas side died. Drona and Ashwathama started to fight with each other. Drona used various Astras, but it was all countered by Ashwathama with ease. Drona was losing so he tried to use Brahmastra but before he could call for the astra, Ashwathama beheaded him.

Day 2-6

The Pandavas and Bhisma came with the second Akshauhini sena. From Priya's side, Prithvi, Akash, Chandra, Draupad and the Narayan Sena came as well as 50 Kauravas. It was an intense fight. The Malwa princes killed many of the soldiers from the Pandavas side. Akash and Chandra fought Nakul and Sahadev. Each fought with great valor and Nakul was killed by Akash who pierced his sword in Nakul's heart and Chandra defeated Sahadev by slicing his throat. Prithvi fought with Yudhister, Bheem and Draupad fought with Arjun. Prithvi seeing Bheem was enraged and so he beat Bheem but did not kill him. None of the people from Priya's side were injured while Pandavas lost many.

Day 7- 12

The war continued. During 12th day, Bhisma came, and he was shocked to see Shikhandini in front of him. Shikhandini smirked seeing Bhisma and told him that his time is coming to an end. Bhisma knew Shikhandini was reborn Amba. He fought with Shikhandini though he didn't kill her. Shikhandini was angered with Bhisma for not putting much effort to the fight. She then using her power send group of arrows which pierced Bhisma. He was now in a bed of arrows. Bhisma saw Dhrishtadyumna fight Yudhister. Dhrishtadyumna beheaded Yudhister. Seeing Yudhister's death he wished he could die, but maybe it's because of Priya's wish for him to see his favorite Pandavas die gruesomely, he didn't die. Shikhandini smiled seeing this and felt she finally got her revenge.

Day 13-17

Karna and Duryodhan joined with rest 50 Kauravas. Dushala along with Priya, Shikhandini, Subhadra, Bhanumati and other Kauravas wives also came with the women soldiers and fought courageously. From Pandavas side Kunti, Priyamvada and rest of the sena came. Priya eyes were cold and expressionless, but a smirk can be seen as she slayed everyone that came in front of her. Shikhandini killed Priyamvada while Dushala killed Kunti who took her last breath looking at Karna who was fighting with Arjun. Vidur was killed by Draupad.

Arjun and Karna were fighting using various Astras. Each was countering each other's attack. Priya saw Bheem and smirked and fought with him. Bheem though injured due to the previous fight, fought with Priya using all his strength but it didn't have any effect on Priya. Priya made vyuh around her and Bheem and started to slay Bheem mercilessly yet not killing him. She tortured Bheem by cutting his limbs one by one and finally killed beheaded him and threw his head which landed near Duryodhan and Bhisma. 

Bhisma wept seeing Pandavas getting killed one by one. Priya mocked Bhisma by telling how weak his favorite Devputra's are. 

Day 18

It was the final day of the war and Karna defeated Arjun by using Nagpas and Duryodhan beheaded Arjun. Bhisma saw this and finally died. All Kauravas was injured but safe. 

Priya finally got her revenge. Krishna looked at Priya who looked at the sky crying for all the life that has been, but she knew it was the beginning of a new dawn.

Time skip

Duryodhan was crowned as the King of Hastinapur. Everyone went on with their lives. Subhadra and Duryodhan gave birth to Abhimanyu, Lakshman and Lakshamana, Draupadi and Karna had sons Vrishketu, Vrishasena and Shon. Akash and Ishita married and had a daughter named Lakshmi while Chandra and Vilas married and had a son named Pravisht. Malwa was now celebrating with the news of Priya getting pregnant.

Yes! Priya became pregnant. This time she was really careful. Duryodhan, Ashwathama, Karna, Akash, Chandra were always with her when she wants to get away from drinking milk and medicines which the doctor suggested because of her weak health. Priya's health became weak due to her miscarriage. Prithvi was always by her side and used to give in to all her cravings. Priya looked at the children who asked when will the baby come and she smiled and said soon.

After 9 months, she gave birth to a baby girl and named her Anandi. Priya ruled Aryavart with Prithvi.
