It's a delicious Korean dish consisting of mixed rice with assorted vegetables, meat, and a spicy sauce. Here's a simple recipe:

Ingredients:
- Cooked rice
- Assorted vegetables (such as carrots, spinach, bean sprouts, mushrooms, zucchini)
- Protein of your choice (beef, chicken, tofu)
- Eggs
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce
- Gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- Sesame seeds
- Salt
- Sugar
- Garlic (optional)
- Vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. Prepare your choice of vegetables by washing and cutting them into thin strips or bite-sized pieces. Blanch them in boiling water separately, then drain and set aside.
2. Marinate the protein (if using meat) with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and minced garlic. Cook it in a pan until done.
3. Fry eggs sunny-side-up or over-easy.
4. In a small bowl, mix together gochujang, sesame oil, soy sauce, and a bit of sugar to create the sauce.
5. In a large bowl, place a serving of cooked rice as the base.
6. Arrange the cooked vegetables and protein on top of the rice in sections.
7. Place the fried egg on top.
8. Drizzle the sauce over the ingredients.
9. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
10. Serve immediately and mix everything together before eating.
