Hyoudou Issei, man of immense power. Seven years ago, he trained himself to the ground after failing to save Shuri and Akeno. Issei trained so much that he died countless times. Thankfully, (Training Room – Legendary) has no concept of Death. Meaning that no matter how much one 'dies' inside, they would come back to life.

Issei did this for five years. Any normal person would have had a traumatic event, but due to his determination to no longer be weak, Issei quickly overcame such an event and grew stronger. (Training Room – Legendary) has the benefit of helping those who train in it easily break their limit, but that was not enough for Issei. Hence, his countless Death.

As impressive as this was, it did have its downfall. Due to Issei dying countless times, he was touched by Death. Although (Training Room – Legendary) has no concept of Death, outside, it does. Dying repeatedly has caused Issei to gain the Aura of Death, a potent aura that would cause anyone that comes in contact with it to disintegrate.

To many, such power is a curse, but to Hyoudou Issei, it was a chance to get stronger. The more he died in the (Training Room – Legendary), the more powerful the Aura of Death became. However, the more powerful the Aura of Death, the harder it was to control. Thankfully, Issei has the (Training Room – Legendary), which allowed him to learn to control the Aura of Death.

Why is all this important? That's because Issei had a chance to meet with the most powerful Devil of the Underworld, Sirzechs Lucifer.

Many can't feel the power that emits from Hyoudou Issei due to the Loop of Binding. With it, Issei only has the strength of a peak Human.

You may ask, 'How is Issei able to contend with Devils, Fallen Angels, and Vali if he only had the strength of peak Human?'. The answer to that is simple, Issei uses the magic known as [Super Strength of the White Tiger]. With it, he gains the strength of a Peak Ultimate Class Devil, and with his Re-Taekwondo, Swordsmanship, and Spearmanship, he can go beyond.

Again, to many, Issei feels no more than a Peak Human. However, Sirzechs Lucifer could feel the Aura of Death from Issei. He may look as if he was okay, but in reality, he was quivering.

The Aura of Death surrounding Issei was powerful even when sealed. Sirzechs knew that he would barely survive it if he entered his Human-Shaped Aura of Destruction if it was released.

So far, Sirzechs is the second person to have felt the Aura of Death from Issei. The first is Ophis.

"So, you're the young man that helped my younger sister and her Peerage get stronger," Sirzechs said. He looked at Issei with sweat on his forehead. His father, standing beside him, was none the wiser of how horrifying Issei was. The man was even patting Issei on the back. "I thank you for helping my sister overcome the obstacle that I couldn't help her with. You have my gratitude".

"Ha-ha-ha! I never would have thought that a person like you would befriend my daughter!" Zeoticus laughed. He was patting Issei on the back. "Say, Issei, do you have a girlfriend? If you don't, Rias is a great person!".

"Otou-san! Issei is already in a relationship," Rias said. She was blushing and poking her index finger together. True, she had no romantic interest in Issei at first, but after getting to know him for a while, she found him cute and charming. Very different from other men. "You'd be surprised who it is that he's dating".

"Oh? That's a shame," Zeoticus said. He heard all about Issei from Grayfia and Sirzechs. Zeoticus had his suspicions about Issei, but after investigating, he found out that Issei had been in Kuoh long before Rias. That showed him that Issei had no interest in taking over Kuoh or causing chaos because he could have done so long ago. "But fret not, Rias! We are different from regular humans. It's not uncommon for a person of his power to have multiple spouses!".

"Oh? It seems like you've investigated me," Issei said. He didn't really care if someone investigated him. But he was feeling mischievous. He looked at Rias and approached her. Issei then put his fingers on Rias chin and brought his face closer to hers. "It seems like your father investigated me to be a prospective husband".

Rias, hearing this, blushed even more. Sirzechs, looking at the scene in front of him, caused his eye to twitch. Hyoudou Issei ignored him and flirted with his sister in front of him! Sirzechs killing intent was aimed at Issei, but all the man did was look at him...and smirk. Damn! Issei was smirking at him as if he was saying that Rias was his!

Why was Issei doing this? Simple, he knew from a single glance that Sirzechs was a sis-con. So, he thought he would mess with him a bit.

Thankfully, before Sirzechs could do something stupid, Serafall arrived and hugged Issei.

"Issei! Look at how cute Sona was in her class!" Serafall said. She then showed the video she had of Sona. "She's so cute! She was still wearing her Magical Girl outfit!".

It was true. Sona was still wearing a magical girl outfit. Why? That's because Issei hasn't removed the spell on her. However, looking at the video, other students aren't finding her outfit strange. They were hypnotised to believe that what she was wearing was normal.

"I can't thank you enough for allowing me to get pictures and video of Sona in a magical girl outfit!" Serafall said. She then kissed Issei. "I'll show you the rest of the video when we return home".

"Leviathan-sama," Zeoticus called. This is the girlfriend of Issei? That...was very surprising for him. "It's nice to meet you".

"Serafall? How do you know Issei?" Sirzechs asked. He's known Serafall for a long time. Sirzechs has never seen Serafall show any interest in anyone. The only thing on her mind is Sona. "And I didn't know you started dating".

"Oh, Sirzechs-chan!" Serafall said. She didn't see him there. "You're here for Rias as well?".

"I am, but I was also here for Hyoudou Issei," Sirzechs said. Issei just looked at him. "As you know, in a few days, we have the Peace Summit here at Kuoh. With the information I received from Grayfia, I believe that Issei should join the meeting. After all, he has control of the Red Dragon Emperor, Ddraig. That along shows that he has the power to change the course of the world. Hence the invitation".

"Interesting... I'll be there," Issei said. The Peace Summit would contain the leaders of Angels, Devils and Fallen Angels. He was curious about how powerful they were. "Is there anything I need to know about this meeting?".

"One thing, the White Dragon Emperor, will be there," Sirzechs said. He knew that there could be a fight if the Red and White Dragon met. "I hope you can control Ddraig enough to not cause a fight to break out".

"That's not a problem," Issei said. No way would Ddraig cause trouble with him around. "I'll make sure that Ddraig stays out of trouble".

"Well then, it's nice meeting you, but we need to go," Sirzechs said. He then gestured to his father. "We'll see you next time in the Peace Summit".

As Rias, Zeoticus and Sirzechs left, Issei looked at Serafall.

"Is there something on my face?" Serafall said. Issei just sighed at her. It was too bad that he couldn't tease Sirzechs a little longer. "By the way, why was Sirzechs looking at you menacingly earlier?".

"Ha-ha-ha! I was flirting with Rias in front of him," Issei said. He found Sirzechs expression funny. "I love teasing the powerful. It's fun. You should have seen his face when he saw that I found his killing intent as nothing".

"You know, sometimes, your sense of humour is weird," Serafall said. Nonetheless, she still found that quirk of him funny. "If you were any other person, you would have pissed your pants from how terrifying Sirzechs can be".

Issei just shrugged his shoulder. The duo then made their way home as it was the end of school. The entire way, the conversation was all about how cute Sona was. Right, Issei was planning to remove the spell from Sona. It would be awkward if she was to join the Peace Summit in a magical girl outfit.
