Stopping at a red light, I look over at the sweet thing in the passenger seat. Her eyes focused on the world beyond the window. She looked so pretty, her little dress resting against her thighs, her brown hair falling over her shoulders, the way her lip was pulled between her teeth to chew at the skin.

Everything about her made me want to just scoop her up and keep her for myself. She was tempting. A little too much. The light turned green, making me pull my attention away from her, and started driving again.

"Where are we going now?" She whispers, still not looking at me. I thought for a moment, wondering where we should go. I shrugged softly, taking a quick right onto an empty road. "Is this where you kill me?"

I smiled and shook my head. "No. I have another place for that," I mumble, making her look at me with narrowed eyes. I chuckled and sped up a little, taking the curves carefully but going faster when we were on a straight road.

My eyes snapped towards her when the most angelic sound left her lips. Her giggle at the speed only made me want to scoop her up even more.

Her eyes were wide and the widest grin graced her lips. I couldn't help but grin at the sight, looking back at the road, I rolled down the windows, letting the wind whip through our hair.

"My hair!" She laughed, her hands flying to her hair to comb down the wild strands. I pressed a small button, the roof of the car suddenly collapsed and doubled back, turning the car into a convertible. She gasped and looked at me with wide eyes. "And you dare say you aren't rich!"

I couldn't help but laugh again, letting off the speed. The road had led to a dead end, making me stop right in front of the sign and park the car. I look over at Brooklyn to see her combing down her hair, an adorable smile on her lips.

I couldn't help but stare at her, she looked so angelic that it made my heart ache. I wanted to take a picture of her to keep her living in my mind for the rest of my days. It was insane and very unhealthy how much I was infatuated with her. She was the perfect girl for the boys and I. No, not girl. Woman.

"Why are you staring at me?" She whispered with a soft smile, moving to sit more comfortably with her body facing mine. I scrunched my nose and looked away, staring at the fenced-off road.

"The eyes were crafted by angels to see. What's worth seeing more than the darling beauty you possess? For your beauty was created to soothe sore eyes." I murmur, quoting a poem I read once before. I smiled and looked at her. Her eyes were wide and doe-like, a shy grin on her lips.

"You didn't have to go all Shakespeare on me." She murmured cutely. I chuckled and reached towards her, brushing a stray hair from her face. I couldn't help myself anymore. I know I was supposed to wait until the boys and I discussed this but I couldn't hold myself back anymore.

"Fuck this," I growl softly, cupping her face in my hand and kissing her softly. The softest gasp left her soft lips, stirring me on. She tasted so sweet, her lips were so soft against mine. I moved my hand from her face and unbuckled her seatbelt, pulling her close to me. She was hovering in her seat, leaning over the armrest to kiss me back.

She seemed so desperate, so needy. It made my pants strain a little. She pulled away slightly, panting softly. Her lips were swollen and looked so pretty. She looked so pretty.

"That was unexpected..." She whispered, sitting back in her chair. She licked her lips slightly, tugging her lip into her mouth. I groaned softly and ran my hand over my face before looking at her. I reach over and use my thumb to pull her lip out from between her teeth.

"Don't do that." I whisper lowly, pinning her lip to her chin with my thumb. I let go and started to turn the car around to go back down the road. If we stayed parked for any longer, I feared I'd have her up against the hood.

We drove in silence, not uncomfortable, nor awkward silence, but a peaceful and tension-filled one. She was spaced out the window, either reliving the moment or regretting it. I pulled up in front of her apartment building, cursing mentally when I realized she didn't give me the address.

Thankfully, she was so caught up in her little world that she didn't even notice.

"Sweetheart," I say loud enough to catch her attention. She turned and looked at me with her sweet eyes. "What I did was wrong. I shouldn't have kissed you without your-" my sentence was cut short by her lips on mine.

I groan softly and pull her lip between my teeth, sucking at it softly. She let out a muffled noise, cutting herself off before it could leave her throat. She pulled away once again, her breath shuddering.

"Now we're even..." She whispered. I smile and shake my head softly. "Uhm, I wouldn't mind if we... went out again, soon." She murmured cutely. I simply nodded and tucked her hair behind her ear.

"I wouldn't mind either, Sweetheart. I'll text you. Go on inside." I smile, unlocking the doors for her. She got out and quickly walked to the sidewalk, looking over her shoulder and smiling at me before walking into her building.

Once I was sure she was inside, I drove off to meet with Cal and Atticus. I pulled into the parking lot, stepped out of the car, and walked into the large building. Once I made it up the elevator and into Cal's office, I greeted them both and sat on the couch, putting my head in my hands.

"What did you do? Don't tell me you scared her off." Callan said with panic. He stood from his chair and walked towards me, Atticus following him with furrowed brows.

"I didn't. Hell, I think I lured her in further." I murmur, combing my hand through my hair. I couldn't keep the grin from spreading against my lips at the memory. "I kissed her, she kissed back. Then she kissed me again without me initiating it."

The two men stood in shock, staring at me dumbfounded. Atticus was the first to smirk and then came Callan's laugh.

"I thought we agreed to discuss who started certain things." Callan chuckled, sitting beside me. Atticus stayed standing, just watching me with a far-off look in his eyes. No doubt thinking of the little vixen.

"It happened too fast. She was looking at me with these eyes that just made me lose control. I had teased her in a parking lot, about to kiss her but I didn't. She must've still had that playing in her mind." I mumble, feeling like a teenager in love.

"Now I have to see if she'd let me kiss her when you already have." Callan mumbles, running his hand through his hair. "This is going faster than I expected. I just hope we don't run into a dead end again."

"We won't," Atticus whispered, looking down at his feet. "I know it."

We stared at him for a moment, only hoping he was right about this.
