The leaves danced with the breeze which was cold as the winter was nearing. The whole scenery of the pack was mesmerizing and cheerful yet Tae's face was void of any happiness or emotions. He stood there looking at the sky, taking the fresh air to calm his mind. As he stood, he remembered the scene unfolded back there a few minutes ago.

He escaped from the suffocating space to clear his confused mind. The elders had arranged the mating ceremony for Jungkook and he didn't know it. Was his alpha aware of this? If not for Ava's imprisonment, would Jungkook have accepted her instead of him? And what's with this sudden claiming him as Jungkook's omega?

"This is starting to frustrate me." Tae rubbed his face, a weary sigh left his lips. "Moon Goddess, what's happening around me?" He cried in annoyance, "What's the meaning of this? Does Jungkook accept me? Is he even for real?" He knew he could never get the answers to his questions.

"This is not a dream, Taehyung."

Taehyung swiftly turned to the voice behind him and saw Jungkook stroll towards him. In a second, Jungkook was standing face-to-face with him. Their eyes met and Taehyung was surprised to read different emotions hiding beneath those dark orbs.

"It's for real," Jungkook whispered, examining the omega's face and his emotions.

"Jungkoo-" "Sh!!" Taehyung was silenced by the alpha's finger on his lips. The omega was taken aback by Jungkook's actions. "Just let me... Let me speak to you. I want you to hear me." It was not a threat nor an order but a request coming out of the alpha.

The omega slowly nodded not breaking the hypnotising eye contact. Jungkook lazily retreated his hand and parted his lips to speak but nothing came out of his mouth. Taehyung patiently waited for the alpha to communicate with him but there was no sign of that.

"I am sorry, Taehyung." Jungkook apologized not breaking the eye contact. The omega was blown away by the unexpected apology from the alpha that nothing came out of his lips. Jungkook now fell to his knees at Taehyung's feet and looked down, regretting every action of his.

"Jung-" Taehyung scurried back flabbergasted by Jungkook's actions.

"It's all my fault, Taehyung." The alpha started, scoffing at his inhumane deeds. "I apologize for rejecting you the day we met." Jungkook still remembers the day he found the omega in dungeon. He was happy that he found his mate but it all washed away when he knew the omega is a rogue.

"I never knew fate will play in such a way that," Jungkook looked at Tae's eyes. "An innocent rogue omega will be the mate of this rogue hunter." He sighed.

"Its true that I hated you from the day we met since never in my life I thought I would have a rogue mate." The alpha sincerely revealed. "However, things started to change the day you lost your wolf because of me. I didn't knew my actions could cause a great loss for you." His eyes shut and heart clenched in regret.

"From then, I understood that I couldn't stay apart from you, Taehyung. The day you said about the attack, i wanted to trust you but my ego blinded my eyes. My heart stopped seeing you dying infront of me." His eyes pooled with tears ready to flow down. "I would have died if something happened to you because of me."

"I apologize as your mate for not fulfilling my responsibilities of protecting you and," Jungkook dropped his head in regret and shame. "For hurting your wolf, Blue."

"I failed as your mate when I didn't even trust you and your words. I am sorry that I didn't consider your pain and hurt you a million times with my deeds and words."

"I, Jeon Jungkook, mate of Taehyung sincerely apologize for my ill deeds and words, for hurting my fated mate and not accepting him as my omega and the Luna of Blood Moon pack," Jungkook said, his voice wavering at each word. "Please...ac...accept my apologies."
