Ch 3

(Oliver's Pov)

Taking a seat in back I settle in and start watching the guys dance and practice I becoming curious and intrigued as I watch them. My gaze keeps going to Joochan though I unable to keep my eyes off of him as he dances. After a while of them practicing Daeyeol calls for a break Cato, Talon, Rudy and Raedan all rushing to their respective partners and I'm a little surprised when I see Joochan make his way over to me. He gives me a kind smile and takes a seat beside me. "Hey." I give a soft "hi" feeling a little shy. "So it seems like you've been overworking yourself. We're all headed to an amusement park at the end of the week you wanna come?" I blink in surprise hesitating a little he giving me a cute pleading look. "Come on please? I'm sure you can use a break." I immediately feel my heart melt and I reluctantly give in. "Alright sure." He grins happily my heart beat speeding up and I hand my phone over to him. "Give me your number so you can tell me where to meet you guys." He types in his number and I send him a text so he can have my number as well. "There now we have each other's numbers." He smiles and I suddenly ask a little curiously. "So I found out you're apparently irreligious. Was it weird having a demon show up when you didn't believe in them?" He says honestly. "Well I mean I knew supernatural creatures existed and that demons were apart of that list but I still don't really believe in a religion." I nod in understanding. "I respect that. Some religious beliefs can cause messes. Especially when you have religious nuts spray you down with holy water." I grimace and he frowns. "What exactly does holy water do?" I make a face saying softly. "It's like throwing acid on a human. It's extremely painful. For familiars it's not as painful but it's still uncomfortable but for mostly full demons like me it's torture." He frowns at me looking sympathetic and goes to say something when my phone starts going off I reluctantly looking at it to see a message from Tate telling me I'm needed. Sighing I say reluctantly. "I gotta go. Work awaits." I go to leave when he says quickly. "Remember we're meeting up for the amusement park at the end of the week." I unconsciously smile. "Noted. Text me the details later." He smiles brightly and I disappear back to hell.

(Joochan's Pov)

Watching Oliver disappear I turn my head to see everyone either smirking at me or looking at me with knowing looks I frowning. "What?" Talon speaks up a little teasingly. "You sure were eager to invite him to the amusement park." I shrug holding back a blush. "He needs to relax and have some fun instead of working all the time." Cato smiles at me. "I think it's sweet that Joochan is concerned about Oliver. He can make him smile instead of looking all stern and serious. He doesn't even smile at home he's always so stressed." I frown slightly at that. "Well hopefully the amusement park can help him relax." Daeyeol then gets everyone's attention telling us we should probably head home so we all head down to the cars and head to the dorm I immediately heading to mine and Seungmin's room and grab my sketchbook before sitting on my bed and start drawing completely focusing on my project until it's late.
