I was born as a Muslim. To be honest, I'm forever grateful for that. I'm not sure about other religions since I'm not that knowledgeable about them, but I realised that Islam put up some rules / boundaries for the Muslims to protect the Muslims from bad consequences. I'm not being anti to any religion here. I'm just saying my point of view about Islam.
Throughout my learning ESPECIALLY in religion, we as Muslims have to place GOD on top in everything. I mean LITERALLY in everything. If we want to eat, we have to pray (make dua) first. If we want to sleep, we have to pray (make dua) first as well.
So, I can see that it is very IMPORTANT to have a belief in life. For me, personally, if I ever feel very sad about anything, I'll just pray & express myself to God. God knows us better than ourselves. So, just trust God no matter what happened in your life. 😊
