While removing Sylvia's clothes Loraine can't hold back her tears looking at the bruses on her back. She takes Sylvia to bath and gently cleans her then puts medicine ointment on her. Then she sings her a song and gently puts her to sleep. Sylvia sleeps soundly in Loraine's arms holding her teddy.
