Kat's pov

It's been 2 months since the incident and the guys are treating me like I'm fragile china going to break at any time. It was driving me freaking crazy! Will was the only one who treated me like I was strong enough to take care of myself. He would play soccer with me and even spar with me for crying out loud! while the rest of the guys wouldn't let me do any sports and they yelled at Will every time he would train with me.... so I woke up at 4am when everyone was asleep to go for a run, lift weights, juggle the soccer ball, and I would practice my karate. but even with all that I was at my whit's end with everyone! I wanted to go home.

it was 3:30 am and I was restless. so I got up and threw on some shorts and a navy blue sports bra. I pulled my hair up in a binder and put on my favorite pair of tennies. they are old and battered but still my favorite. I then grabbed my karate bag and slung it over my right shoulder and threw my soccer bag over my left one. I grabbed my bo staff and headed towards the gym.

I put all my stuff down and headed to the track. I started at a slower pace slowly getting faster until I was at a full sprint.

"well hello there stranger!" a voice said teasingly next to me. I rolled my eyes and kept running.

" why are you up so early?" he asked curiously.

" they refuse to let me do my sports so I wake up early every morning so I can still do my sports and stay in shape. but I'm miserable! I was enjoying myself until people started treating me like a weakling! I'M NOT A WEAKLING! that girl the weak princess she's gone! she died with my mother!" I was ranting by that time, tears springing to my eyes at the thought of my mother. I slowed to a walk and walked off the track and sat on the bench with my head in my hands.

" Will... I can't stay here any longer I need to go home my father needs me... and I'm sick of this stupid thing! all the prissy little princesses annoy me to no end! that stupid prince of yours grrrr! he may be the prince but lately he's been acting like a pompous spoiled brat! if you want respect you earn it! I don't care what your bloodline is! you should work for everything you have! I can't stay here! I wont stay here! I want to go home! I couldn't care less who mister high and mighty chooses as his mate!" I got up and grabbed my stuff.

" I'm leaving now... you can try to stop me but I will get home." with that I stalked towards the front doors.

"kit kat wait!" will called after me, "I'm coming with!" he ran up the stairs, probably grabbing his stuff. then he ran back down stairs with a bag over his shoulder. I sighed knowing I couldn't bring all my stuff, so I put my sports stuff in will's hands.

"put this in your room... I'll come get it some time in the near future." I glanced at my bo,"be careful with that... it's special to me." he nodded sadly knowing my story. He ran up the stairs putting my stuff in a safe place. he came back down and said,

"ready to go?" I nodded going into the bathroom I stripped and shifted.... don't judge I cant keep turning my cloths or I'll have none left! I grabbed my bag in my mouth and headed out the front door with Will right on my tail. this time I didn't run at full speed it was lightly snowing and I was enjoying myself. I saw a huge pile of snow to the left of Will... I couldn't help myself, I tackled willingly the pile covering us both with snow. he yelped in surprise and I let out an excited tip. he looked at me slyly and tackled me into the snow. I growled at him and we wrestled in the snow until we started to get cold. I head butted him playfully and dashed off.

"you're it!" I yelled in his mind grabbing my bag again and springing towards my territory.

we finally reached the middle of my territory. This is MY territory and MY home! I let out a loud howl to let everyone know I'm HOME!

Will lay at my feet our pelts brushing as my pack came to greet me.
