I woke up today with the sunlight streaming through the gap between our curtains, the rays bouncing off your flawless skin. I could tell by your facial expression that you were dreaming. the night before, we had decided to have a movie night, and it all seemed like it was normal, like things had gone back to the way they were.
The sight of you just made my day so much better, as it does everyday. You're all I need for my day to be good. Just a glimpse of you, just a smile.
Do you feel the same?
Probably not. You probably don't find it a struggle to breathe when we are so close to each other, like I do. You're probably not willing to giveme everything you are, everything you have, every single broken heartbeat you posses, like I am.
I'm just waiting for that day to come.
But meanwhile, I'll keep a bit of distance, I don't know for how long though- I'm not sure how long I'll be able to keep this up. Until I know you'll understand, its what I'll do.
My "I love you"s will be whispers in the air that you won't hear.
