ANGST AND FLUFF(?)

It was quiet.

Not an unsettling quiet, but peaceful.

Vendi was walking through FreddyLand just taking one last look at everything. He knew he was dying, alot sooner than expected. He had also expected to be able to have a helping hand through all of his worries, but there was nobody. His family didnt care, he didnt really trust the animatronics. But worst of all, his boyfriend was gone. And he felt as if it was all his fault. The same question had been swirling around in his head for weeks. Could he have saved him?

Without realising, Vendi had made his way to the entrance of the portal room. He didnt know why, he just felt... drawn to it. Perhaps he had been spending far too much time here and it was beginning take a toll on his well-being. Or maybe it was something else.

Vendi stood there, thinking for a moment. Did Bryan ever really leave? He sometimes still felt as if he was still here. Like he never really left at all. Maybe that was why he didnt believe the animatronics at first when they told him Bryan was gone. He still felt his presence, and he swore he could feel something watching him when he did.

Vendi took a deep breath before pushing open the big, steel doors. He didnt know why, probably just habit? He shrugged it off and carried on walking down to the control panel on the far right. He still couldnt seem to figure out why what he was doing there, it was like his body was moving on its own with no control. He hated it. Hes always hated being in situations where he has had no control but this felt different. Somehow, it felt as if he was being controlled.

A few hours had gone by and Vendi had no luck with anything. His hands had been clacking away at the buttons displayed infront of him for quite some time now, he could feel them cramping. He decided he would stop trying. This was all getting too much for him, Bryans gone and he knew he needed to accept it.

Vendi had made the decision to leave, he was exhausted and in pain, and all he wanted to do was sleep everything off. He was about to get up, when the portal started acting strange. Stranger than usual atleast. Vendi just stared at the swirling colours of light, not knowing what was happening. Suddenly, a purple light shot from the portal and temporarily blinded Vendi, preventing him from seeing what was happening. After a few seconds the light had vanished. Vendi looked ahead and his heart almost skipped a beat.
Is that... Bryan?!

A few minutes ago

(Bryan's pov)

I dont know what im doing. Why did I ever leave my family and friends? Why did i leave my home? I cant believe this is real. I want to go home. And Vendi... My love, how could I have left you like that? Im so sorry. Im so, so sorry...
I need to go back, I need to see how he is coping.

I made a portal set to send me back to FreddyLand. I dont know if i will return to this AU, I guess we will see. I sat up from the roof of the Pizzarea, and walked through the portal. I really hope he is okay.

(Nobody's pov)

Is it really him? It doesnt look like him, I mean, sure he is wearing his everyday work outfit but his face... Well, its gone! Its all just a purple flame. Vendi blinked and the flames were gone. Bryan looked the exact way he did before he left.

Bryan stood, staring at Vendi. He didnt know what to say in this moment. He couldnt say anything, really. All he could do was stare. Bryan could feel his eyes begin to water. Its really him.. Does he know why he left? Does he hate him now? Bryan hadnt really realised what his body was doing. He was too pre-occupied with his thoughts to notice that he had ran to Vendi and swung his arms around him. Vendi was in complete and utter shock. Bryan was here. He came back.

Once Vendi finally came to realisation, he broke. Tears poured down his face as he wrapped his arms around Bryan, returning the hug. He couldnt tell how he was feeling in that moment. He was happy, yet angry. He was so, so happy that Bryan was back. But he knew that Bryan had left him.
Bryan knew Vendi would be upset, he would be too. So he just held onto him. Both of the men were crying now, not loudly. It was comforting. They were finally together again. They both knew they would be having words about everything later, but for now they couldnt bring themselves to let go of the other, afraid that, somehow, they would be pulled apart once again. They needed eachothers touch. Just hearing the others breathing was enough, it was a happy moment.

They both, eventually, let go of eachother, staring into eachother's eyes, both red with tear stains, but they didnt care. Infact, they couldnt care less. They had eachother now. Thats all they needed in that moment. Bryan's arms were wrapped around Vendis neck and Vendi's hands were firmly places on Bryan's waist. They had been in this position many times, but this felt different. They hadnt seen eachother for months, and they both worried whether or not they would ever see eachother again. None of that mattered now.

"Im sorry..." Bryan apologised, being the first to break the silence. He could feel his breath hitch, mid sentence and his eyes begin to water again. Vendi smiled, biting his bottom lip to prevent anymore crying. He lifted one of his hands to wipe the tears away from Bryan's face, and left it there. His hand was now cupping Bryan's cheek, and they were still staring into eachothers eyes.

"I know.." Vendi replied.

They both had a feeling that everything was going to be okay, and it warmed their hearts. Maybe this is the start of the end of all the shit that they have been through.
