Chapter 8:

As the moment of shock weared off everyone began to shout as they questioned the new imprint while Embry stood looking at Alissa in adoration.

Jacob who was slouched over in pain stood immediately charged at Embry who threw Jacob back to the wall, causing cracks to follow on it.

Embry quickly grabbed Jacob by the neck and threw him outside as he began to punch the other shifter repeatedly as Rosalie and Emmett covered Alissa's eyes and Paul and Leah watched with smirks.

Embry continued to hit Jacob with more punches before pulling back when the wolf passed out and stood, glaring at his pack mate.

"Pathetic!" Embry hissed before leaving a bruised and bloody Jacob and walked to Alissa, pulling his mate to him and hugging her gently as the famous girl snuggled into his chest.

"This is sweet and all but how the hell is Embry mated to my daughter now?" Rosalie asked breaking the silence and choosing to use Embry's name.

After all, she just got her daughter, she wouldn't lose her because she didn't like her mate.

"I believe we can answer that." A voice said as everyone looked to the trees to see Old Quill, Sue Clearwater, and Billy Black coming towards them.

"Mom? What are you doing here?" Leah asked her mother who smiled softly at her daughter.

"Well Old Quill seemed to know that Embry would break Jacob and Alissa's bond and we thought we should come and explain it." Sue said as everyone looked to the female tribal elder.

"So, why is my bond with Jacob gone? Not that I'm complaining I'm more than happy that it's now with Embry I just didn't know it was possible." Alissa said as Sue smiled at the young girl.

"Well my dear girl there is such a thing as a second chance imprint. For instance Leah and Sam have that and now you and Embry. It only happens when an imprint bond is so vile that Taha Aki breaks the bond and renews it with a different and much more worthy wolf." Sue said gently as Alissa smiled and turned to her new mate.

"Well thank Taha Aki that my bond with Jacob is gone and now I have you." Alissa said as she leaned forward and hugged Embry who hugged the shorter girl to him, both sporting large smiles on their faces.

The pack, cullen's, and Volturi all smiled watching softly at the girl and the boy hugging, knowing fate gave the two new mates the chance they deserved to be together.

And with everything that had happened in the past 10 minutes everyone realized one thing,

Isabella had been screaming in pain from the transition and none of them cared to notice.

And with that, Jane and Alec rushed upstairs to torment Isabella during her transition leaving smirking wolves and vampires behind.

Jacob passed out loosing blood on the floor.

And one new mated couple holding each other.
