From Potter to Riddle (Mattheo riddle x oc harry potter sister)

Part 17

 "What do you mean?" I asked confusedly, crouching next to him. "They are going to come for me," he repeated, pointing at the mark in the sky. I sighed looking at Draco and unspoken words passed between us and we both rose at the same time each grabbing one of his hands and leading him to his room. We left him alone to get ready and separated, exchanging silent good nights. I turned into my room and flicked the light on walking over to my closet grabbing some soft sweats and a sports bra. 

I walked back over to mattheos room and stepped inside seeing him sitting on his bed. I softly walked over and sat next to him looking through a photo album. I softly picked up the book and put it on his bedside table, so we sat in silence until Draco interrupted the silence by running in with some chips and soda. I pushed some stuff away from the mirror in his room and pulled some chairs in front of it. Draco left to grab a bowl and some cups. I silently whispered the charm to change the mirror to play a movie. 

I picked the first one I thought about and sat on the middle chair grabbing a blanket and pulling it close. Draco returned and we sat down to watch the movie. I don't know why but i chose a scary movie and halfway through the boys were so close i could feel mattheos breath on my neck and then a jump scare happened and the bowl of chips went flying as draco and mattheo screamed. They both shrunk back into their chairs and stayed there until the movie finished. When it finished I stood up to find them both asleep. 

I flew Draco to his room and mattheo to his bed. And quickly cleaned the room, changing the mirror back. And left for my room, as I sat in bed staring at the ceiling thinking about the events that had transpired that evening. I thought back through my ages with my godparents. Every memory was good with my god parents never favouring me or draco. I remember playing outside with Draco and Narcissa instead of pulling us from the mud, got a photo and joined us making mud pies and then took us inside to make a real pie for luscious before he got back from work. I slowly slid into dreamland, and before I knew it it was morning we ate quickly and left very early from our site.

We arrived home early that morning each separating and parting ways into our own bedrooms. I rolled into bed thinking of the events that transpired that morning. I let out a sigh as I looked at the calendar, the clock ticking ever so slowly into a new year. I rose out of bed and began looking through our supply list for this year as my aunt was taking me later. I scanned the list quickly until an item caught my eye and I needed a dress.

 I slowly exited my room and walked down our humongous staircase. When i came across my aunt getting ready to leave "are you not ready yet" she asked when i questioned her attire I looked past her to check the time and it was already 5 oops i thought running to grab my cloak we quickly flooded into diagon alley and spent a couple hours picking up school supplies until we got to the last item a dress we spent half an hour searching for the perfect dress when we finally found it packed it up and left the store and returned home. 

Me and Draco dragged mattheo outside in the nice late summer air and played a couple rounds of one sided quidditch before it got too dark, we kept playing but forgot to light the torches so Draco and mattheo ran into each other and we decided to call it a day. 

We tramped inside and separated into our proper rooms where I grabbed my trunk from the closet and began packing it slowly emptying it. First I found a box at the bottom. Although I had no idea who it was from. I slowly opened it peering inside, I lifted the top and pulled a necklace out with a small ring on it. I examined the ring; it was silver with a green gem, examining closer I noticed a small carving on the inside M.R. I put on the necklace and tucked it under my sweater. I moved my trunk from my bed and jumped into bed falling asleep almost immediately.

We settled in a compartment with pansy and the goons joining us. I waved to my aunt and uncle who had come to see us off. Before letting Leo out of his cage to stretch he immediately walked over to the window and sat bathing in the sun. Draco muttered something about using the restroom and left. 

When he came back he was whispering to his buddy's something about stupid pottah i just rolled my eyes and went back to reading my book. Around noon the trolley came around and we all clambered to the door to buy sweets. I grabbed a small handful, dropped a couple of coins in her hands and turned around to sit back down. 

We stepped out of the train to get a wave of water poured on us. We all ran for cover and made it in seconds into a carriage. When we got to the castle, water balloons were falling from the sky. I quickly deflected it and unfortunately sent it flying off many heads until splatting against a gryffindor who was standing trying to get away from the mess. I laughed as professor mcgonagall came skidding into the hall only to grab hermione by the tie and almost choke her to death. 

We finally were shepherded into the hall where a couple surprises happened. When we finally started walking back to our dorms snape pulled me aside and let me know that me and mattheo still had the same arrangement. 

After I pulled away I went and found him in the common room where I shared the news and grabbed my soaking wet clothes and walked over to our new room. I opened the door to a fairly large room with two canopy beds at either side of the room with two matching desks and dressers. I opened the door on the right and it was a bathroom. 

Giving it a quick glance I noticed the black marble countertops. I walked over to my bed and began unpacking my stuff from my soaking wet trunk. I hung most of the stuff to dry but miraculously my books and most of my stuff was dry. I grabbed some stuff and walked over to the bathroom to change.

 When I came out, Mattheo was lying on his bed passed out. I walked over and pulled the blanket over him and picked up the clothes lying around his bed. I set them on his desk and walked back over to turn off the lamp lying next to his bed. I crawled into bed

I woke up sweating and rolled onto my side to look at mattheo. Today was our first day back to school, in year four. I moved my pillow and looked at my watch checking the time as it was 6:23. I slowly crawled out of bed and fell on the floor in the process. 

my fall being cushioned by the blankets and pillows strewn everywhere. I got up and threw my stuff on my bed before grabbing a pillow and slowly walking to Mattheo bed, where I proceeded to beat the shit out of him before he pulled the pillow away from me causing me to lose my balance and fall on top of him my hands beside his head my body laying ontop of his. I blushed as I recognized our position and quickly pushed off of him and while getting my clothes to change into I turned around to look at him only to see him lying in bed staring at me almost transfixed. I sighed and quickly got ready for class.

After classes

Outside it was sunny so Me, Draco, Mattheo, Pansy and the two goons sat under a tree finishing the stupid amount of homework that Snape gave us. Draco stood up to go get his charms homework, pansy joined him and left us alone. 

I leaned over to check Mattheos homework answers, comparing them to my paper. I did the quick math's in my head, "78 percent," I said looking back at his paper. He moved closer to look at my paper before I pulled it away. I moved under the shade to lean against him looking at the newspaper draco had left behind " it's her again" I said pointing to a column in the newspaper. 

Draco came walking down the pathway with pansy in tow we quickly separated and went back to searching the newspaper " i'm surprised that she hasn't found something to write about me yet" I said shaking my head smiling draco looked up serious "father told her if she wrote anything about you he would end her career and she would end on the streets" "Awwww" I said smiling stupidly at him as he rolled his eyes.
