It was the middle of the night, so about 10pm. Eda just wanted to clear her head. She knew she shouldn't be out this late, but she was so mess up right now she didn't care.
While she was walking, she had her head down, and wasn't exactly paying the best attention. While she was walking, she noticed a black car ahead of her. Eda didn't think anything of it at First, but then it stopped. Eda watched carfully, and to her horror Vivian stepped out. Eda froze. "Edalyn, my love.. It's time to come back to me" she said, with a sadistic smile. Eda heart entirely stopped, and she took a step back.
After that step, eda turned the other way and started running. Vivian chased after her and didn't grab a lot of attention, because it was late and pretty much nobody was out. Eda ran for dear life then turned Into a large ally way. Vivian followed her, determined to get eda this time.
Eda forced her legs to take her as fast and far as possible. There was a wall Appproching, so eda quickly jumped over it. She looked back, and saw Vivian also climbing over it, so she turned around and started running again.
Vivian got over the wall, and started to loose track of eda because she was moving so fast, so she turned a corner and ducked behind a bunch of boxes. Vivian stopped, and looked around cautiously. Terry came, and was yelled at by Vivian. "Looked over there!! Fuck! What do I pay you for!?" Vivian asked. "You don't pay me." Terry sighed. Terry looked around, and was way to close for comfort.
Eda covered her mouth, screwing her eyes. Terry sighed. "She's not here" he said. Vivian scoffed and left, then Terry looked straight down at eda. "Run away kid, she won't stop until she gets to you" be said, then ran after vivian. Ed didn't give it a second thought, she ran back to lilith's house, and jumped in through the window.
Eda as in tears, hating herself for Leaving again without saying goodbye, and for the fact she was being a coward again and running away. Eda packs up her things quickly, then left a small stack of mo eyes for lilith. Eda then put on warmer clothes and then jumped back out the window. She had enough money when for a bus ticket so she'd go there.
Eda finally got to the bus station, she held her chest to catch her breath from running the entire way. She wiped the tears from her eyes, trying to take deep breaths. "I'm fine, I'm okay, I'm fine I'm okay.. God damnit.." She muttered to herself. She was struggling more than ever when it came to maintaining her emotions. "Thought I'd find you here" eda looked up, and saw Tracy sitting on the bench in front of her. "I.. Ms Tracy, what are you doing here?" Eda asked Nervously.
Tracy chuckled, and looked at eda. "I should be asking you that" she said, and patted the seat next to her. Eda sighed, and reluctantly sat down. "Eda, where do you think your going?" Tracy asked with a smirk. "I-.. Uh.. New York?" Eda muttered. Tracy took the bus ticket, and ripped it up. "No your not, what your going to do, is stop running from your problems" she insisted. "Like it's that easy.. " eda scoffed. "I didn't, say it was gonna be easy, I said your gonna do it" Tracy said in a chuckle.
Eda looked down at the ground, "how do I even do that!?.. Shes insane!" Eda complianed. "Sweetheart, being brave isn't, not being scared.. It's doing it anyway, even when your scared" Tracy explained. Eda looked at the older woman, wondering how she was so smart. "What if.. What if I'm not strong enough..?" Eda asked. "Darlin, your strong enough, trust me..and next time you see them, tell Raine how you feel" Tracy said with a calm smile.
Eda blushed, then nodded. "Yes ma'am" eda answered. At that moment eyes phone started ringing.
"Hello"
"Edalyn, I have them. "
