Paper can crumple like feelings, breaking someones heart,
Little insults scribbled on, it's bound to leave a mark,
Folding it up and laughing, I start to cry from shock,
Realising all of these crumple marks, tied to the paper like a lock,
Paper can crumple like feelings, breaking someones heart,
But eventually you'll learn not to care,
Because the crumples will never come out.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This poem was created for a school project I was doing, under the topic "Things that crumple"
It is meant to represent the affects that bullying has on a person, and that no matter how hard you try, the "crumples" on the paper (Marks left by bullying) will never come out, so it is something you have to grow from and adapt to rather than dwell on!
Bullying can seriously affect people in many ways, so please never cause anyone that pain, because I'm sure you wouldn't like it if the shoe was on the other foot.
