Veer's POV
Next morning as I got up on the couch,my eyes immediately wandered to the bed. But it was empty. She had already left.
Of course she didn't want to see the face of the person who broke her heart. A dry laugh escaped from my mouth.
I got up removing the duvet above me and was about to go to the washroom when something struck me.
Wait, I didn't have any duvet over me when I slept. That means she... She had put.
That's how she was, The love of my life, helping even those who she despises.
I soon got ready and moved downstairs.
"Veer aa agya.. "
Bhabhi said and and I went near to the dining table.
" Aa nashta karle.. Bani toh aaj bhooke pet hi chali gayi.. "
She said.
"Bani didn't eat? "
I asked.
"Nahi.. Maine pucha itna jaldi kyu ja rahi hein aaj toh usne bataya uske friend Sid se mil le gi thodi der aur uske baad classes. ".
Bhabhi said putting the butter on the bread.

I thought and I didn't know why I didn't like it. Like at all.

But I shouldn't be feeling this right? She has all the right to be with someone who deserves her. But why was pain and anger building up within me while thinking so.
"Kahan kho gaye Devarji.. Abb khaiye bhi.. Dekhiye Mahirji aur Papa bhi aa gaye.. "
Bhabhi said and I nodded .
"Waise Maa kahan hein? "
I asked.
" Woh apne kisi dost se milne gayi
hein.. ".
Dad said.
" Ye kon friend hein Mom ki Dad, ek din aur maa inse milne gayi thi aur aaj kal call par bhi unke sath lagi rehti hein.. "
Mahir bhai asked.
" Kala ne kaha ki bachapan ki koi saheli hein.. "
Dad said.
" Chalo jo bhi ho.. Maa khush hein that's important.. "
Bhabhi said and we all nodded.
Soon we left for work.
Throughout the drive though only one person was crossing my mind and driving my heart. The person who ruled over my heart. Her.
We soon reached the office and I got inside my cabin.
