I rolled around in my bed, bored to my mind. It's 3 pm and Jude is playing his stupid video games. I grab my phone, unlocking it.

I decided to text my best friend, Mila, to see if she wanted to go to the mall with me today. I open up our messages and began typing.

I sigh as I get up. I made my way out of the bedroom and began walking down the stairs, making sure to put more strength behind those steps so Jude can hear I'm coming down.

As I made my way downstairs into the living room, Jude's eyes have not ripped away from the tv. I rolled my eyes and mentally curse his video games, hoping they all crash and stop working.

"Babeeee" I say, dragging out the 'e'

"Hmm?" He says, his eyes STILL glued onto the tv like his life depended on it.

"I'm bored....I wanna go somewhere, like the mall." I say in an impatient manner as I sit next to him.

"Just a few more minutes, my love."

"You said that TWO HOURS AGO!" I raise my voice, annoyed by his tactics.

His eyes pierced at me, "Don't raise your voice like that, or I'll make you raise it for another reason." He smirks and continues with his game.
