Stefano
I watched as he stepped into the penthouse, his hair looking rough, there was never a time when his hair wasn't rough, but it was always shiny too, it made me wonder if he purposely just left it messy always, or it came with the whole package.
I took in his whole appearance and he looked exhausted, his trenchcoat on, he always had a way of rocking that look, that made him rugged and sexy at the same time, I watched him make his way towards the kitchen, the way he moved around the dark house, kind of made me realize he was really familiar with his house, it took me a while to navigate through and hide in his kitchen through the dark.
He pulled out a glass from the cupboard at the top, how his hand was able to get there was still a mystery to me, not that Matteo was short, but I stood a few inches taller than him, I think I was around the same height as Spade.
He filled the glass and brought it up to his lips, making my eyes zero in on his lips, not dark and not bright pink, just something in between, making it look like a strawberry popsicle, I wonder if they tasted the same way.
I swallowed hard when i watched the water go down his throat, feeling my whole body go hot, I fisted my hands by my side, almost wanting to trade places with the water, it made him relax as his shoulders slumped visibly, I want to be the one to do that to him, to make him feel relaxed and at ease.
I could feel my whole body lit with a familiar fire, before I could start fantasizing and being a freak in the shadows, I decided to make myself known to him, I moved and I watched as his relaxed shoulders tensed up, and he pulled the cup away from his lips, dropping it on the counter, before he pulled out his pistol from his back, he was now looking at me, or more like my silhouette because I know he couldn't actually know it was me from the shadows.
I knew he would shoot if I didn't say anything and I wouldn't blame him if he actually took a shot right now, I probably looked like a creep lurking in the shadows of someone's kitchen.
"Don't bother Teo" I rumbled out, I was expecting him to still shoot but instead he slowly dropped his hand and the pistol, his tense shoulders slumping slightly, almost as if he had recognized my voice, but I doubt that, I don't think he would even care enough to memorize my voice.
Without warning he turned on the lights in the kitchen and it illuminated us both, him more because he was in the middle, but I could tell now that he could see me clearly, because his lips parted in the middle, causing my eyes to glance at it momentarily, I don't know if he was shocked or surprised I was here, or just overwhelmed.
Probably freaked out at how creepy I am, even I know I was beginning to act creepy towards him, but you wouldn't blame me, the man was just so hard to resist.
"You really need to stop sneaking up on me like that, or one of these days I'm actually going to shoot you" he muttered, his whole face going back to blank and uninterested as he turned around and placed the glass back on the cupboard.
I wanted to laugh and at the same time he was right, I was sneaking up on him, but he started the game of sneaking up on me, he did it first.
I took a few small and quiet steps closer to him, not in a sneaky way but just so I could see him and he could see me clearly.
"Are you threatening me Matteo"? I asked playfully, watching his shoulders move as he sighed out before turning around again, I saw the way his eyes grew wide in surprise, I guess he didn't know I was close to him.We weren't close close, but it was close enough to smell his cologne, manly and fruity, I almost wanted to take in a deep breath but I refrained, because it'll only make me look more creepy.
"I'm not threatening you Stefano, I'm just giving you a nice warning" he muttered, his eyes holding something I couldn't quite understand, it looked almost teasing, and fuck me if I almost got a boner hearing him say my name.
