The next day the gang went to Jinora's to pick her up. They knocked on the door and Korra answered. "Who is it?" She yawned and they were surprised. "K-Korra?!" They all asked. "Yeah. What of it?" Korra asked. "Why are you at Jinora's?" Kai asked. "Because that's where I went to sleep and woke up. Jinora!" Korra said and Jinora came down. "Hey, guys. Sorry about that. Korra, go back in the house and get dressed!" Jinora said, pushing Korra back in the house. "Dressed? For what?" Korra asked. "You're coming with us," Jinora said. "She is?!" The gang asked. "I am?!" Korra asked. "Yup, it was Asami's idea," Jinora said and then Pema came up to them. "And it'll be good for you. You can get out of the house and be with friends," Pema said. "Ugh! But we're not really friends, though. I like being in the house," Korra said and both Tenzin and Pema agreed, "You're going." The next thing she knew...
She was out walking with the gang. Jinora was laughing a bit. "What's so funny, pipsqueak? I bet it was you who told me off to Pema," Korra said and Jinora stuck her tongue out to Korra. "Like mom and dad said, it's good for you to get out more," Jinora said and Korra growled. "Voy a por ti! Pequeña! Un día te atraparé, mierdecilla!" Korra said. "No, cursing in Spanish mom said," Jinora said and Korra huffed.
Asami walked over to Korra and Korra looked away. "Oh, come on. You talked to me yesterday," Asami said. "Whatever. Where are we going?" Korra asked. "I have no idea. Guys, where are we going?" Asami asked and they shrugged. "Korra! We could take them to the place!" Jinora said and Korra sighed, "I don't know." "Please! You'd be a super meanie and just as bad as everyone else says if you don't do it," Jinora begged. "Come on, don't do that... Fine. Let's go," Korra said and they followed her into the forest. Then Korra stopped and then they stopped. "Why'd you stop?" Mako asked and she pointed to their left. She turned to them and motioned them to be quiet. A bear walked right in front of her. It sniffed her and then kept on going. They watched as it left. "It's blind. So it relies more on hearing," Korra said and they kept on walking.
They walked out of the forest to an open field that stretched for miles. "Wow! This is amazing!" They gasped. "How much do you come here?" Asami asked. "All day, anytime, I can. Run as far as you can until you can't anymore. Just to see how far from the chains of the city you can get," Korra said and they ran through the field. Korra just walked around smiling as she looked around. They ran as far as they could playing like little kids.
Korra heard a howl off into the distance and so did everyone else. They all paused then Korra took off running towards it. They followed her until she stopped on a hill to see a group of wolves in the field. The gang saw the wolves. "Wolves! We have to go!" Wu said but Korra didn't move. The wolves looked at her and she just stared. "Korra?" Jinora walked up to her to see her eyes dulled and cold. The biggest wolf walked up to the group. It stopped and stood in front of her. She looked at it. The wolf stood there for a minute and then turned around. It walked back to its pack. Everyone was surprised and Jinora grabbed Korra's hand and brought her back to reality. "Huh? Oh. Sorry. Come on, we're heading back," Korra said and they did.
