2001 a month later

Pete and Charlie were arguing

Emma was outside and didn't want to hear the argument

I can't take care of her Pete she yelled

You are her mother he said

Then she grabbed her bags and slammed the door

Then he sat on the couch and put his hands on his face

Then she came back inside

Dad?

Then he looked up and gave her a sad smile

Hi baby he said

Then she started to cry and ran to hug Pete

She cried on his shoulder

It's going to be ok, baby he said and kissed her head

Then they heard a cry

The baby she said

Then he went upstairs to get 1 month old Vicky

Hi peach he said and got her on the couch

Then he got her changed into a new diaper and new clothes

Then he took her downstairs where Emma sat on the couch

Then he put Vicky in her little pillow seat next to him and Emma

She does look like you she said smiling

Then he kissed Vicky's little face and kissed Emma's cheek

She laughed as he kissed her cheek

How about I get dinner started he said smiling

Yeah she said

Then he made dinner for Emma and him and prepared Vicky's bottle

Then later dinner was ready

Then he fed Vicky as he ate

Then after he gave Vicky a bath

Then got her out of the bath

Nice are you a clean baby he said and kissed her

Then he changed her and got her ready for bed

Then Emma got out of the shower and laid on her bed and looked at a photo

Hey kiddo I'm going to bed he said

Ok night Emma said

Night babe he said and kissed her forehead

Then she put the photo on her nightstand

Night mom she said and fell asleep
