She stepped out of the ship on the cold, hard ground as her eyes gazed up at the buildings standing before her. She sighs, her eyes traveling from one place to another, deep in her thoughts.
"Walk, girl. We don't have the time." The Reverend Mother spoke harshly. She just glanced at the Mother, no emotions in those green eyes. The Reverend Mother looked away, a shiver running down the spine. Creepy girl. Quite a match for the Baron's nephew. Pushing the feelings and thoughts aside they moved to the building.
Giedi Prime – a planet with a dark atmosphere, thick with smog and pollution making it a little difficult to breathe for the guests. When she was walking, she noticed the black and white style everywhere. Not an ounce of color in the buildings, outfits. This style is quite adored by the Harkonnens and the citizens of the planet. Strange but a unique trait.
The whole way there no one spoke, not even a whisper, not even a cough. As they entered through the doors, they were greeted by the servants. With quick small talk Eliana figured out that she needs to meet the Baron right now. How amazing. Meeting the killer of my father. Sarcasm was obvious in her thoughts. She's definitely not a fan of this wretched and crazy house.
She walks behind the Reverend Mother to the main palace room. As the big doors open, they enter. The first person that the girl noticed was the Baron himself who sat on his throne, some sort of machine flying besides him. A medical tool I suppose. Eliana said in her mind.
Her eyes then drifted to the left of the Baron. Rabban Harkonnen. He was the one controlling Arrakis before the emperor gave the planet to house Atreides. She eyed him up and down. Meh, not so good looking.
Then her eyes glanced to the right of the Baron. Feyd-Rautha, the better nephew. He may be a psychopath, cunning and unpredictable, but for the Atreides girl he is the perfect person. No, she doesn't like him romantically. At least not yet. She's here only to use him as a puppet, to control him for the Bene Gesserit sake.
Feyd noticed her stare and returned it to her, a slight smirk visible at the corners of his lips. She tilted her head slightly, curious about this man. Then her attention was brought to the Baron as he spoke.
"So you're the daughter of Leto Atreides. It's rather intriguing to see you here, considering the recent events in Arrakis. Allow me to offer my condolences," he spoke with a measured tone, the sincerity of his last remark questionable yet not surprising. He's the one who helped the emperor prepare this 'unfortunate' event.
"I'm quite fine without your condolences, Baron. Wasn't even surprised by the events." She spoke calmly yet her voice held some confidence. "In all honesty I'll say this – you're way too predictable." Her words made a few servants gasp. The Reverend Mother looked at Eliana with fury visible on her face. She did insult the Baron just now. How's she so confident in herself? She can get herself killed.
"Thoughtful... but insulting." The Baron spoke. Feyd-rautha was carefully watching the girl – her movements, reactions. "I know." She simply replied. That made the Harkonnen take a sharp breath, lost for words. Rabban was ready to kill her, if the lord instructed so, his hand on a sword. But Feyd was in his own world, admiring her confidence. And beauty too.

The Baron ended the meeting there. He had enough of Eliana already.
The Reverend Mother brought the girl to the empty hall, forcefully by grabbing her hand tightly. "What do you think you're doing? You're supposed to impress them, not make them despise you with every bone in their body!" The Mother shouted harshly, scolding. But Eliana couldn't care less. "I did impress him." She said after all the shouting. That left the Mother confused. "Him?" "Yes, him."
The Bene Gesserit thought for a moment then realized. "The Baron's nephew?" Eliana tilted her head slightly. "Not so stupid after all." The guts this girl had to speak like that.
"I should have you punished for disobeying and insulting me." The anger rose in her voice.
"Then do it. I dare you." Eliana whispered. They both knew she couldn't. Eliana is the main ingredient to getting the Harkonnens bend to the Bene Gesserit will. So the Reverend Mother let Eliana go. "Leave my sight." The girl did just that.
The servants showed her to her chambers, gave her everything she needed and left her alone. Eliana sat on the bed, brushing her hand over the white blanket as her eyes explored the new room. Everything is black and white, no surprise. She stood up and slowly walked around the room, paying attention to the little details.
A knock came from the door. "Come in." Eliana spoke in a calm tone. A servant came. "You have a message, my lady," the servant spoke quietly. Eliana looked at her with interest. "Go on."
The servant gave a little nod. "A certain person wants to meet you, my lady. I can lead you there." That's intriguing. "Who?" "The person wishes to be anonymous until you meet him."
Eliana slowly nodded. Him. A man. How interesting.
"Lead me to him." Eliana said. "Right this way, my lady." And they left the chambers.
Who could this man be?
