EXAMINATIONS were just around the corner. everyone was busy studying to make sure their grades wouldn't drop. u.a isn't all about hero lessons after all.
you were at the library to study. it was more effective for you if you study alone. the dorms at this moment would be too noisy. unfortunately the library is packed at most of the seats are occupied.
with books in your hand you decided to look around the library just in case there was still an empty table to study at. you turned into a corner and you smiled when you saw a familiar person. you walked towards the table before smiling widely.
katsuki looked up. he was busy reading his notes when someone approached him. when he looked at you, he was met by your smile.
"you look fucking weird, do you know?" he said but your smile didn't waver.
"do you know that you're the nicest person i've ever met?" you said with a smile.
katsuki groaned. "what do you want?" he knew you wanted something, you sweet talking him is so old-fashioned.
"can i share the table with you? i promise that i won't be noisy." you said, pleading.
he looked at you for a while before he took some of his notes and set it aside to give you space. you were giddy as you instantly settled on the seat in front of his.
"just make sure you're staying quiet." he said and you nodded.
after that, you kept your word to stay silent. the two of you worked on your own lessons, studying in silence. it was good that the surrounding was quiet as the students are also studying hard.
katsuki spent two hours studying before deciding to rest for a while. katsuki stretched his arms, getting tired from sitting and slouching on the table. if he didn't take a rest, he wouldn't remember that you were in front of him.
katsuki found himself taking a glance at the person in front of him and you were still focused on your work. your head was low as you were writing on your notebook.
katsuki couldn't help but stare at you. he noticed how pretty your handwriting was, you were even highlighting the important parts. you were organized, damn, he felt ashamed with how messy his notes are.
the table you were in was next to the window which was open. the sun was slowly setting down. katsuki didn't realize that he stayed up that late as it's already night time.
suddenly the wind entered the window causing for katsuki's hair to sway. katsuki looked away from the window as the air was making his eyes hurt with the dust. his eyes landed on you who has your head up but still looking at the notes on the table.
you unconsciously combed your hair using your fingers. an attempt to fix your hair that got messy.
that action made you look ethereal. the sun's rays didn't help as it made you look more pretty.
you felt katsuki's eyes on you so you looked at him and raised a brow. katsuki quickly averted his eyes from you and decided to look down on his notes.
