"This is going to take awhile to fix that." Subaru said as he walked out of the closet room

We now see Subaru in the kitchen

"You are better at this than I thought." Ram said

"I have had some experience of cooking before." Subaru said he than noticed Ram looking at him with a serious look

"Why are you staring at me like that?" Subaru asked

"Your unsightly appearance stands out. Especially your hair. It's very unrefined." Ram said

"I thought i did a pretty good job of cutting it by myself." Subaru said

"By the way, in this mansion, Rem sees to everyone's hair. She styles my hair and dresses me every morning too, Isn't it nice." Ram said

"Try to contribute a little!" Subaru said him Ram and Rem went outside to clean the garden

'I died on the 5th day, and from what i read form the library i most likely died from a curse. So all i have to do is wait till the 4th day.' Subaru thought

It was now the 4th day during the past days Subaru has been doing his work as a butler, taking care of the mansion. And in his spare time he would go and see Beatrice to talk to her and read more about the world, he would also train his magic with puck. Witch he found out he has yin magic and high spirit affinity

"Hey Rem are you ready?" Subaru asked while helping her carry things

"I am." Rem replied

"Hey Subaru come here we want to show you something!" one of the kids said

"Ok! Hey Rem, I'll be right back." Subaru said as he put down what he was holding and went over to were the kids were

"What did you wont to show me?" Subaru asked as he crouched down to be on the kids level

"Here look!" One of the kids says as another kid bring a puppy from behind them to show Subaru

"Oh, a puppy." Subaru said as he went to pet it, but it bit him

"Ow" Subaru said

"Ha ha. I guess the puppy doesn't like me very much." Subaru said as he chuckled a bit

"Well i have to go I'll se y'all later." Subaru said as he stood up and went back to were Rem was

"Are you all right?" Rem asked

"Ya I'll be fine. But we should hurry back to the mansion i think that dog is what killed me." Subaru said with a serious face as he and Rem started to speed up

"Hey Beako!" Subaru called out as he opend a door

"What is it you need?" Beatrice said as she looked up from a book she was reading

"I need you to check if i was cursed are not." Subaru said with a serious face

"Fine come here." Beatrice said as Subaru walked over to her so she can check

"You really have been cursed." Beatrice said

'So it was the dog." Subaru thought

"Can you tell me what kind of cures it is?" Subaru asked

"I can't say just from looking at the cures. But as i said once it's activate, i suppose chances are you'll die." Beatrice said but Subaru didn't react to him dying

"You don't seem to be afraid of dying at all." Beatrice said

"Huh? Are you nuts? I'm insanely scared of dying! Theirs nothing in the world that scares me more than dying." Subaru said

"So can you get rid of this curse for me?" Subaru asked

"I suppose i can but you have to pay for it." Beatrice said

"And what do i have to give?" Subaru asked

"You have to spend more time with Betty i suppose." Beatrice said

"If that's all than i would love to." Subaru said as he smiled at her

"Than i shall get rid of it now." Beatrice said as her hand starts to glow and point's it at Subaru's forehead

A black mist suddenly appeared from his hand and now starts to get evaporated by Beatrice's power

"It's done i suppose." Beatrice said

"Thank a lot Beako! I have to go now!" Subaru said as he ran out the door to till Rem and Ram

"I see i shall stay here and protect Emilia-sama while the two of you go to the village." Ram said

"Subaru, are you an Rem going somewhere? I heard a commotion, so i acme down to see what was going on. What happened?" Emilia asked

"Some things are happening at the village so me an Rem are going to see what is happening." Subaru said

"But that's dangerous!" Emilia said

"It may be but will be fine." Subaru said

"I can't stop you, can i?" Emilia asked

"Sadly no." Subaru said

"Fine but please be careful you too." Emilia said

"We will, buy Emi!" Subaru said as he and Rem ran out the mansion

"Hey Rem come here." Subaru said

"Ok" Rem replied

When she got to him Subaru picked her up bridal style making her flustered a bit, he than used his divine protection to make wings on his back. he than jumped up and started to fly

"You can fly!?" Rem said still a bit flustered

"I can." Subaru said as he started to fly faster
