Ch. 12: Fighting for freedom

I was still in the white room, unable to see anything like a door or window. I noticed a strange rectangular object, blending in with the walls. I got up and walked over to it, touching it. It felt soft. I put more pressure into it and my hand slowly pushed in. I didn't know what it was, but didn't feel any harm nor hostility. I punched it, nothing happened though. I sat down on it, then lied down on my side. This felt, oddly comfortable. . . I didn't know what it was, but it felt like lying down on a cloud. I didn't bother caring what it was, I just felt comfort, so I didn't move.

I wasn't tired enough to sleep, but I didn't really want to move. I was planning on staying here all day, but the universe said “Hey, fuck this guy in particular!”, and had that golden lady enter the room again."Ah, I see you've found your way onto the bed. Good, we're already three steps ahead~"

'So this comfortable thing was called a “bed”? Wait, what does she mean?'

I heard the rustling of clothes and then saw out of the corner of my eye that she was naked. I was going to try and leave, but as soon as she saw me move in the slightest, she shocked me down again.

"Of course. This dumbass can't do shit right, can he. . ." Shin said in the back of my head. 'Either help me, or shut up' I thought to myself, in hopes that it would reach him. "He refuses to help you, but I can. Just let me take control over your body, and I should be able to stop her" Desghidorah said. 'How do I know I can trust you?'

"You can't, but are you in the position to be looking for other options?" He said. He made a point. 'Leo, can I even trust him to not kill me?'

"He won't do anything more than he needs to. At most, he'll kill her and destroy the ship, but I can tell what his plans are, and none of them involve any of our deaths" Leo said. 'Well, that's all the clarity I need. Go nuts Des'

"With Pleasure~" His voice sounded much more sinister. I blacked out, then woke up in the same black void, seeing Leo staring out into something with Shin just brooding like some emo. 'And he has the audacity to call Des emo. . .'

"I can still hear your thoughts, weakling" Shin shouted from the cell. "Cry about it" I responded, making him glare at me then turn back around. I think I saw a smirk for a second.

"Okay, so how do I actually see things from here? Do I just-" I was interrupted by Leo.

"Those windows are an opening to the outside, the ability to see the actions that whoever pilots the body commit. For now, we can only watch"He explained to me.

"Damn, eyes really are the window to the soul. . ."

"Sorry, but you aren't getting away. This room in perfectly sealed. Even I would have a hard time escaping from here. Just give up, and get over here~" The lady in gold said.

"Not a chance in hell. . ." Des had slowly rose, looking at her. He stared at my arms and legs, looking somewhat disappointed. 'Sorry if this hurts, but I'm adding my own personal touch to your body, Neo' He thought, his voice echoing throughout the void. "Wait, what does he mean. . ." I asked out loud. "Remember how Shin formed the dorsal plates and dislocated your jaw to use the atomic beam? Yeah, Des is probably going to do something similar" Leo explained.

"Oh. . . Oh no"

Out of nowhere, my back began to hurt, and suddenly, two massive draconic wings formed into my old ones. I fell to the floor as massive amounts of blood poured out from my back, making me scream in pain. I heard another scream so I looked to the side, seeing Shin going through the same thing. I looked at the window and saw that woman horrified at the scene. Seems she never saw something like this before. Then again, there's like, four souls in my body, which is kind of annoying.
