Ch. 15: NeoMuto VS Shin Godzilla

Earth's hero's were already struggling, but Neo wasn't also struggling. It was him against Shin, who now was withing the body of a Godzilla clone. Neo stood up, the blood leaking from his leg and shoulder from being thrown across room. Neo is staring down at Shin, knowing that he has to fight him yet again, however, he was fighting him in a new body.

"So Neo, do you think you'd be able to beat me again? In this new body?! This body is so much stronger! I feel like I'm on top of the world with it! THIS IS MY GREATEST HIGH, NEO!" Shin shouted at Neo, digging his claws into his neck and head, laughing manically while doing so. All of Neo's powers, with the exception of flight, Shin could use, even in this new body. "Then I'll sober you up!" Neo shouted back, appearing next to him, punching Shin across the jaw.

Shin's jaw broke, dangling off on its tendons. He turned to Neo, grabbing him by the throat and slamming him on the ground, fixing his jaw, which grew into a large grim smile. "I barely felt that! You're weak, Neo!"

Shin laughed yet again. The Muto is stuck, realising this, he charges up his hypersonic roar, shouting loudly, not only throwing Shin off of him, but breaking several of his dorsal plates in the process. This seemed to hurt him, and while he was weak, Neo charged up his claws with electromagnetic energy, punching Shin with it, sending him back, then going in to cut him with his claws while he could. The Godzilla clone was being pushed back, and decided he didn't want this, so he spews the black smoke directly at Neo, who recognised this as the start up for the Atomic beam. The hybrid flew back, shooting his Hellflame directly at Shin.

After getting hit and scorched, Shin had to stop his attack, falling down and slowly needing to get back up. Before he even got up, Neo crashed directly onto him, shooting him with several Gravity beams, lifting him up with them, slamming him back down. "Shin, it's best for you to give up. You're not winning this fight!" He shouted as he applied more energy to the Gravity beams.

Shin swung his tail directly at Neo, who blocked it with a wing, grabbing it, then spinning him. He slammed him back down to the floor, breaking off however many dorsal plates Shin had left., causing him to roar in pain. He looked up, seeing Neo charge up his red atomic beam. Shin realised that he wasn't going to get out of this without a few scars, and in that moment, he decided to give Neo a few of his own. Shin had stood upwards, turning around and shooting beams directly from his back. Neo saw this and dodged many of them, but got hit with a few. Shin was slowly regrowing his dorsal plates, walking slowly towards the now downed Neo.

Neo was trying to stand back up, but one of the beams sliced into his leg, making him unable to. He looks up at Shin, who was back to his original state, laughing madly, each of his steps cracking the floor beneath them. "You know Neo, I was actually scared for a second! This makes you a genuine threat! I can't let you live, although it will be boring without you to fight me!" He stomps on Neo's chest, making the latter cough up some blood. Between the broken ribs and the fresh cuts from the beams, it was unknown which hurt more. "Pain is a cruel parent, but an effective teacher. Its final lesson is carved deep into my psyche"

Neo struggled to speak, but once he did, he made out a single question. "The fuck are you. . . Talking about. . . ?" Shin pressed down more pressure, making Neo cough up more blood. "The lesson is that this world and all life on it is diseased. Free will is a myth. Religion is a joke. We are all pawns, controlled by something greater. HATE, the DNA of the soul!"

"Hate? You think. . . Hate is that much?" Neo managed to ask, coughing up more blood, struggling to lift Shin's foot off his chest, who retaliates with another stomp to his stomach. "Don't you get it? Hate shapes our will. Hate is the culture, it's everything we pass on. Expose someone to pain long enough, they will learn to hate."
