~the Shire 60 years later~

A Hobbit Named Frodo reads a book in a tranquil forest.

like all hobbits he is short with big hairy.

He wears curly brown shoulder length hair

Frodo hears someone singing in the distance and looks up from his book and glances around the woods.

he stands and gapes at something then a huge grin spreads across his face and he rushes toward it.

Meanwile a Wizard Named Gandalf drives a two wheeled horse drawn cart along a path while singing.

he wears a pointed gray blue hat, a long gray cloak and a white beard to his waist.

Gandalf:"🎵The road goes ever on and on🎵 🎵Down from the door where it began🎵"

Gandalf:"🎵Now far ahead the road has gone🎵 🎵and i must follow if i can🎵"

Frodo runs down a hill and folds his arms above Gandalf on a ridge beside the path.

Frodo:"you're late"

Gandalf stops the cart and gives a serious look

Gandalf:"a wizard is never late, Frodo Baggins nor is he early he arrives precisely when he means to"

they hold deadpan expressions

Gandalf nods reassuringly then smiles creep across their lips as they laugh.

Frodo:"it's wonderful to see you, Gandalf!"

he leaps onto the cart and they embrace

Gandalf lets go of him and looks him in the eye.

Gandalf:"you didn't think I'd miss your Uncle Bilbo's birthday?"

He chuckles.

they ride through farmland

Frodo:"what news of the outside world? tell me everything"

Gandalf:"everything?"

He slightly chuckles

Gandalf:"far too eager and curious for a Hobbit most unnatural"

he smirks at Frodo who smiles

Gandalf:"well what can I tell you? life in the wide world goes on much as it has this past age Full of it's own comings and goings"
