Severides pov
"I saw Casey walk through the door. He looked pale, but I thought it was just because it was early morning."

"It was a quiet morning as I sat with squad, and as usual, Capp said something stupid."

Lunch rolled around we walked to the kitchen whatever mills was cooking smelled delicious

"Casey didn't say a word the whole time and barely touched his food."

"I stopped Casey after he had left the kitchen. I asked him if he was okay. He said he was fine. I honestly didn't believe him."

Casey's pov

SQUAD 3 TRUCK 51 ENGINE 51 AMBULANCE 61 STRUCTURE FIRE

"We got in the truck and headed off. I was feeling a little light-headed but brushed it off.

Me and Severide headed inside to check for victims, and Hermann ran a line inside.

I was behind Severide and started feeling like I was gonna pass out. I grabbed onto Severide's shoulder and almost fell onto the floor.

I asked Severide if we could pull out as we couldn't find any victims. He said yes."

Once we got out I practically fell onto the curb Severide looked at me concerned and asked if o was ok I said yes I could see that he didint believe me he handed me a bottle of water

Boden came over also asking me if I was ok and I said I was fine Boden helped me up

Severides pov

We started packing up. I'm real concerned about Casey. I can see that he's not fine. I'll probably check on him later.

After getting packed up, we headed back to the firehouse. It was already 6 o'clock, so right when we got back, Mills got started on dinner.

Casey wandered off somewhere, so I went to go find him. I found him asleep in his office. I went in and told him dinner was almost ready. He groaned, then got up.

I asked him if he was okay again. "Casey, I'm fucking okay, alright? Stop asking me that question," he snapped.

I left.

He came in for dinner, but yet again, he barely touched anything on his plate. This time Boden was eating with us and asked Casey why he wasn't eating anything.

NORMAL STORY

Casey said he wasn't real hungry boden looked concerned
Casey got up and left the table I followed shortly after

I walked into the bathroom I heard someone vomiting from the stall over which I assumed was Casey

Casey walks out of the stall I asked if he was ok he said he was just feeling a little sick and that he was gonna go to sleep

I'm growing very concerned about Casey I decided to go talk to Boden abt it

I knocked on Bodens office door
Boden told me to come in

I told him abt how I was really concerned about Casey and how he was just in the bathroom

Boden and I decided to go check on Casey we found him sleeping in his office we came in and Boden put his hand on his head and said he's burning hot he told me to go get Shay so I immediately did

I ran over to Shay
Shay come quick Casey's sick

By the time we got back Casey was awake and was questioning Boden

Shay took his temperature and it read 102.7

Shay said to Casey I gotta take you to the hospital bud Casey groaned I don't want to go

Cmon I helped Casey to the ambulance he was practically dragging his legs behind him

Dawson hopped into the drivers seat and Shay into the back Boden told me to go with Casey and I willying went

We got to the hospital and Choi took Casey in right away and got him started on fluids

He tested Casey and said he had a stomach bug
