"I still don't understand why we are here."
Hallyn was standing in the middle of a pier. There was some sort of market going on. Booth after booth was set up along the boardwalk.
Quinn sighed softly. "Can you just trust me for one whole day? Let's put aside our differences and if everything works out I'm going to spend the whole day convincing you that you need to stay for the summer."
She casted him a side long glance. Hallyn was quiet for a minute as they walked. Brightly colored display items grabbed her attention as she worked through her thoughts.
After everything that happened last night Hallyn was set on going home. She had all her bags packed and was getting ready to leave when Quinn stopped her. He practically begged her for one more chance. She felt too bad to say no.
