'Here we are...' began Dr Finsberg.
But suddenly, the lights went out. It was absoulutely pitch black. Not like in a house at night, where the dim glow of stars or electrical appliances always sheds some illumination- this was totally black.
'Aaaaggghhh' someone screamed.
'Melanie?' called Friday. She reached out to try and find her friend. SOmE ONe grabbed Friday's hand. She couldn't see her own nose. And yet, she just knew that the person holding her hand was IaN. As soon as Ian felt Friday's hand within his warmth, he squeezed it and grabbed her waist in the dark, pulling her towards him. Friday's face looked as if she was just let out of a sauna, trapped in the burning steam for hours. She was lucky that it was pitch black, if not, the whole group would see her red apple coloured face. Ian was now hugging her tightly from behind, his chin on her head, arms around her slim figure, hugging her like he'd never let go. They were both (more like Ian) were trying to listen to figure out what was going on.
