Kazuha POV

After awhile of doing my homework and on my phone, I checked the time and it was 1:37am, so finally decided to go to sleep...even though i knew that i'd have that one, horrifying dream again. I laid down on my bed, before dozing off.

Past  (Year 4)

I walked over to my house, ready to tell my mum about my amazing day at school! I opened the door and ran over to Beidou, giving her a tight hug. 

"Hey kiddo! How was school?" She asked, slightly intrigued

"It was amazing, also Tomo said that i could come around his house later, can i, pleaseeeee" I pleaded at Beidou

"Yeah sure kiddo, you can head off now if you want!" She said, ecstatic that i had finally gotten a close friend

"Thank youuuu!" I gave her another quick hug before leaving the door again, a big smile on my face.

As I walked to Tomo's house, the skies were murky and it looked as if it was about to rain. I should've asked mum for a lift, i thought. After a while of walking, i had finally gotten over to the house, and realized it was quiet...too quiet for my liking. I knocked on the door, and what I saw when i opened the door shocked me...

Tomo's mum stared at me, her eyes wide in shock still. I looked at her shirt... covered in blood, the expression on my face turned from excitement to confusion and worry.

"Where's Tomo!!" I screamed in shock at the situation.

"Kazuha love...you need to go home..." She said, her voice quiet and shakey.

"Where is he..." I said, my voice becoming quieter and more urgent for him, as my eyes teared up slightly and looked like glass.

"Please go, Kazuha. I'll tell your mum in the morning...just go before emergancy services come here.." She basically begged. I didn't understand anything, other then the fact that something bad had happened.

I ignored what she said and walked into the house, storming in with tears now evident on my face. She tried to weakly grab my arm to hold me back but i shook it off. But when i walked into the living room, my hands immediately reached over my mouth as i screamed and started intensely crying.

Tomo was laying there..  unconscious.. with blood surrounding him. The blood that was on his mother wasn't from her...but from...Him.

I ran over to him and hugged him tightly, sobs escaped my mouth and tears were pouring down my face.

"Tomo....i love you, so much..." i mumbled, while holding onto him in my arms. I didn't care whether or not he could even hear me...i just wanted to be there. I didn't even realize his mum was still there until she tapped me lightly on the shoulder. I noticed she was teary eyed, probably thinking about all the heartbreak we had to go through.

"Kazuha...you need to let go now, the ambulance and police are here" She said, almost in a whisper. 

I place his body slowly back down onto the floor and hesitantly let go of him, his blood all over me...but i didn't care, i just wanted to be with him. His mum guided me out of the house as i saw flashing lights outside. I basically ran home, water running down my face from both the thrashing rain and tears pouring. As i got home I fully broke down in front of Beidou, who just stayed there, hugging me while rocking slightly to calm me down.. before those words escaped her mouth, almost in a whisper.
