Chapter 9

~The party~

Mentions slight smut, drinking, smoking and slight sexual assault. 

Kazuha POV

I finally heard the doorbell go and i said goodbye quickly to Beidou and Ningguang, shocked as she was early out of work for once, then walked over and opened the door, seeing Heizou, Venti and Xiao all standing outside. Stepping out of the door, i gave them a brief smile

"Have we got everyone then?" I questioned, although the answer was obvious

"Yesss! Lets get going then!" Venti said, obviously sounding very excited for the night, probably because he'd get absolutely wasted and probably hook up with Xiao at some point.

We all walked together until we made it to the party and the door opened to a tipsy Zhongli and i think... Scaramouches brother...clung onto his waist? I was a little shocked but decided to brush it off, at least the purple-haired boy had actually bothered to show up.

"Hello Zhongli and...Childe?" Venti said, slightly curious 

"I know it's a shock comrade, we kept it a secret until now~" Childe said, smirking as his words were slurring

"Kazuha you better go find Scara, he's about to get blasted with dottore and Signora~" He said before chuckling

"What the fuck..." I murmured before walking into the house, and went straight over to the drinks location, not even realizing that Venti and Xiao were behind me.

I continued walking until i turned back to see if the others were still around, until i crashed into someone, and held onto them tightly to stop them from falling over, to look and see Scaramouche

"Watch where your going idiot" I said before chuckling

He rolled his eyes "Oh i'm so very sorry~" 

"Still sober? Shocked" 

We both walked with each other over to the table with Dottore and Signora. I didn't know them very well but at least they were somewhat welcoming to me, although i didn't particularly know why.

"Scaramouche do you know about urm...Childe?" I asked curiously

"What about him" He questioned

"Wait so you don't know about him and Zhongli"

"WHAT" All three of them blurted out and looked at each other in shock

"Wait you don't know...I saw him clinging onto Zhongli's waist as i walked in"

"He never told us" Signora said bluntly, while taking a cigarette out of her pocket and a lighter, then lit it up

"Anyone want one?" She questioned as she held out the packet

"Sure" I replied as i took one. I never really told anyone but sometimes i did smoke, purely to relief myself a little from everything that goes on, especially the trauma of seeing my childhood friend pass.

Scaramouche looked at me in shock as i lit it up "You smoke?"

"Only every now and then to rest my mind" I smiled a little and put it up to my mouth, taking a quick puff

"None of this is legal is it" Dottore chuckled

"Nope~" Scaramouche replied, sounding slightly amused "I'm going to get us some drinks, anyone want anything?"

"I'll just have a juice or something if they have anything non alcoholic" I replied, as the other two asked for a cup of smirnoff. 

I watched as Scaramouche walked off then took another puff of the cigarette, watching Heizou look at me with a shocked look. Shit. I forgot he didn't know that i did this.
