As I saw her I immediately looked towards my brother. Who blinked his eyes assuring me that he is fine but I knew he was just assuring me and he was anything but fine right now. I remember my brother's vulnerable state back then 6 years ago. He was a mess. He started drinking and smoking on a daily basis. He was on the verge of committing suicide when somehow Badi Mami (Sid's Mom) got to know about this and she pulled him back from this situation. She took a promise from Sid that he won't pull any such stunts ever. My chain of thoughts broke when Nanu introduced me to Mahira. I was determined to scare her off but my mother's words rang in my mind.
We left for the garden and I told her that I didn't want to marry her but she was hell bent on not backing off. As we walked in I saw her moving towards the kitchen. While I moved back to the sitting area. I saw Sid coming from somewhere his eyes were red due to immense anger. I held onto his shoulder and he assured me that he would tell me everything when we reach home.
Soon Mahira, Mahira's mom and My mom came out from the kitchen.
"So beta (child) what is your answer ?" Nanu asked. I was smiling internally knowing well that she would say no to this marriage as I have already asked her to do so but my smile dropped as soon as I heard her.
"It's a yes from our side." My heart stopped beating as if it has forgotten how to beat.
When did she even asked for my opinion. And over the fact I have already told her to back off from this marriage. I started sulking at the mere thought of her invading in my life. Soon everyone started congratulating and hugging each other. While I glared at her for pulling this stunt but in return I only saw her rolling her eyes. She is the first ever girl to have the audacity to roll her eyes on me.

Sidhansh's Pov
I saw her. I saw her after the whole freaking eternity. She was looking absolutely stunning in that white dress. As I observed her I saw her hair colour has changed from the shade of her original brown hairs to slightly lighter shades of brown. Her freckles which made her more pretty were nowhere to be found on her beautiful face. Her button nose and her lips were still the same with a beauty spot adorning her left cheeks. There was no presence of her chubby cheeks which she had back then. She has become so slim. No wonder she has skipped her meals. But then too she looked fit. I wished she never left me. I wished that night never happened. Suddenly that night's incident came flashing before my eyes. Causing the anger, hatred and pain over power my love for her.
